Webcams don’t consistently work. There are blind spots.
My dog was a surrender at the Humane Society. I like to see how she interacts with other dogs.
The Meet & Greet experience and check in were fun and professional. Our dog was excited to return to play!

The best! Nothing puts my mind at ease as when my dog drags me to the front door of dogtopia and doesn't look back! My dog is madly in love with the amazing staff! I love that I can check in and I get a detailed report of how my pup’s day is going;)

The staff is great and you can feel their love to dogs and their commitment. I am also impressed how promptly I always get answers to any questions I have.
The grooming was great but now my dog is super sensitive and doesn’t want me to touch his back to the point he’s trembling. I think he was sensitive to the brushing. Next time I will just get him a normal bath.

Tucker seemed like he had a good time! Staff clean up frequently and keep an eye on the dogs fairly well, as far as I can tell.

Everyone at the Dogtopia Summerlin location is outstanding! From our first interaction with Addison, who was able to get all the information from our local Dogtopia so it was a seamless transition, to Nico who was very personable on the phone and offered an after 7p pick up time and provided excellent customer service at check in. Also, Daniel texted me to let me know my dog chewed through his harness and was so sweet and apologetic about it. Everyone I talked to on the phone and interacted with in person was so friendly and personable. They also didn’t charge us since they felt bad about the harness, even though it wasn’t at all their fault. We were just visiting Vegas for a family vacation, but will definitely be back to Dogtopia Summerlin when we visit Vegas next time!

Friendly staff and clean facility. My dog always seems to be excited at drop off which I feel is a good sign.
