Personnel treat both me and my dog like family!
Each Dogtopia employee has a genuine love for dogs, which is evident from the moment my dog enters Dogtopia. When I check in on my dog through the cameras, the employees can once again be seen showing love and attention to the dogs. Each time I have boarded my dog, she gets some extra love and an attention. This makes both my dog and me feel better about having to board her.
Staff
I like the facilities and staff. The structure of the day for Tulip seems to work well. They let me know if Tulip has issues.
The whole team is so customer-focused and incredibly responsive whenever any needs arise- would recommend to others for sure!
Very welcoming and personalized service. My dog always cannot wait to get there and is happy and tired when we pick her up after a day of play.
Great socialization for my dog with other dogs and people. She is a 1 year old lab and she comes home tired. I think it is great for her. I love that the staff know my dog and love her. I love that I can check in on her with the webcams. I love her being able to get a treat some days. Her being able to get a nail trim or bath is awesome. Her doing crafts with a paw print or a photo is so sweet.
What I like about Dogtopia is the amazing staff, the fun that the staff and our fur kids have and the cleanliness of the place.
Reliable and trustworthy to leave your baby with. Kona enjoys going and gets excited when I say the words, "Day Care"!.

Our dog loves to go! She has the best time and everyone who works there is so kind. Pick up and drop off is a breeze
The coaches does it for me. Chris and Tai are beyond amazing and I totally feel my fur baby is being taken cared of. I love the fact that they take vaccinations very seriously. Also they are very accommodating with the systems I've placed at home. Meaning, i warm up my baby's food and they do the same. I am a protective fur momma, but I trust Dogtopia of Towncenter with my Brooklyn hands down.
Staff is fabulous. Friendly and helpful and I enjoy speaking w them.
My issue is with the pricing and how it’s automatically applied whether or not you’ve reserved a space. It’s sometimes hard to keep up w HAVING to bring her and I wish there was more flexibility in it.
Any way to add outdoor space/time? I’m not sure that’s valid feedback given the facility but it’s def a bummer that the dogs don’t get outdoor time and is a reason for not considering attending more.

The staff at Dogtopia is a phenomenal team!! My pug has been going there for 3 years and they never disappoint. They treat my Ivory as if it’s their own and he loves going. I highly recommend Dogtopia for your dog care needs.
Individual attention and care is given to each dog. The staff is so friendly and grateful to have my pet visit each day he is there. He is excited to arrive and happy and fulfilled when he leaves.
