Pricing is getting too high
The way the staff is excited to see her when she comes in
my dog does not want to go to the bathroom indoors, both times i took him it was for short visits and he was frantic when i got him home, he needed to poop and potty. Also he caught a cold so I have kept him isolated till symptoms are gone. I dont blame Dogtopia, I realize this is normal for alot of daycares in this area. I will still use them for short times to see if my pup can get used to it.
Enlarge or not take so many dogs. A second location in this area with an outdoor space would be great

The Chester Springs team are living, nurturing, kind hearted, and very professional. Three times a week, my pup jumps in the car to spend the day at Dogtopia and she comes home exhausted and happy.
The current staff is amazing. The extended hours are perfect for my schedule and I LOVE the room cameras.

They have easy scheduling and are responsive to our concerns.
When I dropped off Drago on March 18th Monday for grooming I purposely went in to make sure they charge my card on file when friend did pick up at 4:40pm. The older lady at front desk was there and when my friend picked up Drago she relayed needing his card to charge for the day!
Also he was scheduled for a bath at 11:30am and was also scheduled for payday at 2pm. This was also reminded with front desk 2 days before the 18th. They let him sit in grooming until 2:30pm when I called to ask why he wasn't in playday yet.
These occurrences is not the normal experiences we've had at Dogtopia and are not sure why so unfocused and distracted front desk is. My friend said when he was there the lady was busy on her cell phone.......

Very attentive to my dog. She was borded over night for 3 days then groomed. She is a husky and I have never seen her so pretty as after this grooming session! The groomer did a fantastic job. Also my dog is always happy to come here, she would tell me if she didn’t want to return here.
Dogtopia treats my dog Fiona with care and love. I trust that she is going to have a wonderful day from the time I drop her off to picking her up.
My dog loves going and I know he will be taken care of just as I take care of him! I love the staff they are very communicative and feel a sense of community. I also love all the many extras they offer such as crafts, events, lunches and treats, and training opportunities.
The staff interacts with the pups & shows affection towards them.

The people who work at Viera Dogtopia care. My dogs are excited when they realize we are going to day car. I don't have to worry about my dogs while I'm at work and they are tired when they come home.
Boarding
My dog absolutely loves Dogtopia. The coaches are all sooo nice to him. He is happy to see them. They are soo nice to the parents. Also, the marketing that Dogtopia does with the dogs is amazing! I have friends who have dogs at other doggie daycare and nothing compares to Dogtopia!

Friendly and helpful staff
Zeus loves coming to boarding at Dogtopia and I love that I know he will be taken care off. I prefer it to other boarding services because he gets to spend most of his day outside of his kennel and being able to watch him interact with other dogs on the webcam is always fun. He always comes home exhausted from all the excitement and that is never a bad thing when your puppy is a husky.
Everyone is super friendly and helpful.
