love this daycare! they treat my dog penny like family and take such good care of her. they communicate different things that you need to know and always are quick to respond if you need anything. we trust them and penny loveees daycare days!

Staff was kind and understanding about our anxious dog. They recommended coming in a few times so our dog could get used to it. All staff members were kind and welcoming.
Everyone was very kind and accommodating, which was a breath of fresh air since calling other similar places closer to our house were rude and didn't want to talk to us unless we did doggie daycare constantly.

Everyone is very nice and so professional. My dog is excited before I even stop the car for drop off. Will board with nobody else going forward. I also enjoy the camera access with every boarding. And short notice or weird pick up/drop off times are never a problem. Can only recommend!

Everyone in the office is very open and friendly. Everyone seems to know me and my dog's name. When I watch on Zoom, my dog seems to be having a really fun time. My dog is happy to come in to the office and greets everyone with enthusiasm. On Zoom, the person in the room watches the dogs and breaks them up if needed and pets my dog affectionately, as well as other dogs and seems to like their job. Other people pull in to the parking lot and are happy to bring in their dogs to Dogtopia too!

I Love Dogtopia, and so does my pup. My only issue is that the camera keeps freezing and I enjoy watching him play~

Employees that are with the dog look like they have no interaction with the dogs……actually they look like cleaning people, just there to pick up the poop! I’d like to see more movement from the dogs. My dog needs to be exercised when he gets home!
More genuine play with the coaches and the dogs compared to other places. I like that all the dogs rest at the same time and where they can see each other. The Webcams are great and would be even better if they were on during rest times. The special events are fun. Scheduling is easy.
