The friendly approach and attentiveness of the staff.
I like how Dogtopia Milton is very detailed and transparent on how they look after our furry family member. I also like how there are fun events within the month for all the dogs while they’re in daycare.
Customer service is excellent, feel like one of my prized possessions is being looked after and cared for. The interaction ,bubbles… with the dogs is what my girl needs. It’s clean, neat
Friendly capable staff. I like that you make dropping off and picking up easy and you screen dogs who are there so I don't worry about mine.
The cameras
Very professional staff and one can bring in their pet without a reservation; things can come up unexpectedly in which you need to bring them in instead being home alone. It is a very pleasant and friendly atmosphere.
Staff were friendly and seemed to enjoy working with me and the dogs coming and going.
I feel like the workers in the room could play more with dogs or pet them when they are in there. When i watch on cameras occasionally, the dogs are all just wandering around, including mine. I think there could be more interaction.
I was there for an initial meet and greet, and the hour I was there witnessed an extremely well organized, upbeat, seemless well-run operation that is very dog-centric as it should be. I could tell in such a short amount of time that everyone who works there LOVES dogs and our furry family members are in good hands. The webcam is awesome. Each dog dropped off was happy to be there. The Spa/grooming area was also hopping! Looking forward to my dog's first day at camp. Jackie is a superstar!

If there could be a way to get the dogs some outdoor time, that would be wonderful, but I know hard to accomplish. Love the people working with my dog and have good experiences.
Great people
Everyone there is super nice, and they bend over backwards to help us out. Plus, they don't mind our rowdy dog.
Jenia has always groomed my dogs she is the best and does the best grooming Love her !!!!!
Make sure you bring the correct dog out. Yesterday i witnessed the wrong dog being brought out to their owner.
Our dogs really enjoy their daycare visits. It gives them a chance to burn off excess energy and they love playing with their furry friends!
We informed you the day of meet and great to separate Juno and Maple but you insisted on pairing them together and supposedly Maple was protective of Juno. WE DISCUSSED THIS. You said you had trained staff and could deal with it. Evidently not. You lied. Your workers aren't trained, They stay away from the dogs, they are scared of them. Maybe you need to review you video footage and fire some folks..Will not be back. Delete my account and contact information

Lucy really loves her Dogtopia days! She has bonded with the coaches and they have al been wonderful, keeping her enriched and happy. Lucy has so many besties, it doesn’t even matter which other dogs are there each day!
The staff are super friendly and take care of or babies as if they are their own. They communicate well and listen to my needs and interests. The location is convenient and my baby loves spending time with other pet friends

When I first visited Dogtopia as a possibility for doggy daycare, I was very impressed with their process of showing me the facility and how they care for your pet while in their care. It was a perfect choice for me to entrust my new puppy that I adopted at 10 months old. It has been a great experience for Oliver and he absolutely loves to hear that it’s “doggy daycare” day. It’s a great place to keep your pet socialized and to just have fun.
We absolutely love Dogtopia and, more importantly, so does our dog, Bumi! The staff is incredibly attentive and always mindful of our preferences, which gives us so much peace of mind. They consistently keep us informed throughout his stay, and we truly feel that he is safe, well cared for, and treated like family.
The best part is seeing how excited Bumi is to go and how happy (and tired!) he is when he comes home—proof that he spends his days playing and having tons of fun. We couldn’t ask for a better place to trust with our pup!
