The staff was fantastic.

I have a new rescue puppy. He is a little shy and nervous. He needs to be socializing with other dogs and he needs to burn off some energy. Dogtopia is a great place to do that. I love that you have half days and I an drop him off in a secure safe place for him to run and play.

My app hasn’t worked for months despite doing the updates, making it impossible for me to schedule boarding, grooming or check the cameras while we’re gone. Apparently multiple emails have been sent on my behalf to IT but nothing has changed. I have to call to do these things and 90% of the time no one answers which is incredibly frustrating. I know I can leave a message but I don’t always have the ability to answer when they call back causing a game of phone tag. I just wish you’d answer the phone on a more regular basis.

I also requested Sophie’s toenails to be done this past time when she was boarded for 4 days and it didn’t get done. Now I’ll have to pay more to have the vet do it.

You don’t send little reports after boarding anymore either - it was always nice to get.

I’ve always been happy but lately it’s been frustrating to bring her.

Boarding was a breeze. Great interaction with the animals and everyone we came in contact with was amazing! They treat your pets like family. That’s very reassuring to first timers like me. Love the calendar of events and all kind of services for your pet. Love everything about Dogtopia! Can’t wait to start day care next week. 😂

My dog always has a good time. I know she is well taken care of. Dogtopia always has cool events for the dogs and special treats. When I get exit baths she always smells good and her fur is nice and soft.

Staff members are friendly and welcoming. Not just to us but to our dog too. You can see that they really cared about our dog and that they made sure he was comfortable and happy. We really like that they screened him on his first visit so they new which group of dogs he'd be most comfortable with. By the second day he was very happy playing with the other dogs. We are looking forward to our next visit and an all around anxious free boarding.

List the prices for all spa services. Let the customer know what services are going to be done and what the actual cost will be before taking the pet back for spa services.

We (my doggo and I) LOVE Dogtopia of Shadow Lake in Papillion, NE. The staff there are very friendly and welcoming!! They are always attentive to my dog's needs and they treat him like family!!! Again, he loves going there as he always has a great time! Would recommend this place again and again!!! Thank you Dogtopia and staff for caring so much for our little fur babies!!

Dogtopia charged me $300 for a service I didn't agree to and never used. This is not something I would recommend to a friend unless being stolen from is something they want to do.

Friendly team always willing to give Mocha attention

We want to love Dogtopia but due to our dog we can’t. The staff is great and our dog loves going but because of her energy the staff has no other solution but to leave our dog in a crate most the time. We have tried talking with management and were told in so many words our dog is not trained and doesn’t listen to commands. The unlimited plan was perfect until we realized our dog spends most of the time in the crate during the week. Because of morning rush hours and afternoon rush hours and 2 1/2 hour lunch/nap our dog doesn’t get nearly enough play as the others and we are jealous. Watching the camera now just frustrates us. We went down to 3 days a week so our dog doesn’t spend all week in the crate. We stopped recommending Dogtopia to others and are looking at other play options. It’s a shame all we are asking for is fair play time for our dog which costs Dogtopia nothing.

Gabrielle and her staff at the Brookhaven location were so welcoming and accommodating after my dog penny had to be out for several months due to two surgeries for herniated disc in her neck. I feel that Penny is in very good hands and is being watched closely. Gabrielle suggested controlling her energy level by letting her have playtime for 15 minutes and crate time for 15 minutes and it seems to be working perfectly. Penny loves going to Dogtopia.

Thank you for taking such good care of our Eddie. She seemed to really like it there. Everyone there seems to genuinely love animals.

My dog is always happy when he comes out from the kennel. They sent pictures to me while i was on vacation. The med i gave them to administer was given because I checked his stools and they were normal. When he is upset they change. I always feel my dog will have special care and I will continue to send there when i travel.

Wonderful people- dogs are not crowded in their playrooms. Very helpful if I need to drop my puppy off a few minutes early.
