My dog loves going to Dogtopia, which is the most important thing to me. The staff is always friendly and welcoming to my dog.

I went to go get my dog’s nails trimmed and grinded, i’ve gone to Dogtopia multiple times before at the same location. They charged me $40 when it is usually $20, they did not tell me they changed the price before I paid. It would have been nice to know beforehand.

Dog carers work very hard to care for the animals.
Everybody is friendly and knowledgeable.
We love Dogtopia! Cooper is very anxious about his nails and I’m really grateful they can be patient with him and give him the care he needs. I love the crafts and the creative pictures they do, it’s so refreshing being able to work and not worry about what your pup is up to.
Cooper gets SO excited when we pull in the parking lot so I know they are doing something right!!
The folks are all so sweet and loving with the animals. They are abpleadure to deal with and I feel my pet gets plenty of love and affection from them while being watched over and safe. They teally care anoit the pets and the owners
I like the set up of the facility, the cameras and staff. We don't bring the dogs consistently but we noticed that since the location has gotten busier, the quality of play time for small dogs in Toybox has declined. There are dogs that are way too big (definitely over 35lbs), in toybox with a majority of the space while all the usual small dogs are sectioned off to the smaller side. From looking at the camera, it looks like the small dogs don't get to run around as much, just back and forth. I get that there are just more larger dogs enrolled, but could the amount of space be more equal?
My pup Nola recently started attending Dogtopia and so far she loves it! She has made so many fur friends and I am glad she isn’t alone all day.
They are great with my timid dog. (Lives dogs, shy with people) He has special needs and they provide him his meds each visit

That my dog enjoys being there
Dogtopia is an excellent place to take your dog for daycare. The staff are great, especially Dana. They go above and beyond to make sure the dogs and humans have a positive experience.
Very friendly staff, very accommodating. My dog is always very excited to enter when we arrive and he falls asleep on the ride home after a fun day of playing.
Like the attention to detail and care the doggos receive from the staff, and active communication with their families.
We love, Dogtopia! It’s super convenient to drop Daisy off when needed due to work, travel or just for her to have some fun. All of the staff are super friendly and I always trust that she’s in good care.

We were recommended to try this location out by Wagging Tails and I’m so thankful we did! The times available to play are so convenient. I’m glad they do an afternoon break and put the pups in the kennels from 12-2 because it allows our puppy to see and learn that kennels are a place of rest since we’re still crate training. It gives him time to settle and reset. He comes home sleepy and happy after every visit. The team working at this location are so sweet, communicate very well and clearly all love their job. We’ve been here multiple times and I would highly recommend them.
The staff is great, but the facility is very spartan and basic compared to others in the area. The only reason we sometimes go is due to the very long hours of operation, which are helpful when we both need to commute from the city.
Dogtopia has been perfect for our high energy puppy! The staff is excellent and it is very affordable to go there and get Gracies energy out!
I love how welcoming the staff is and how convenient it is to make a grooming appointment. My little guy Ace always comes out looking adorable. Definitely the best grooming experience I’ve had!
My dog has had a great experience with Dogtopia and loves going! It has been a huge stress relief for me on long work days to know that he is well taken care of! Additionally, the staff has been nothing but friendly and helpful to both me and my dog!
The ratio of dogs to staff (reported as up to 30:1) is too high for adequate supervision. Also, there is no outside area for potty breaks - large concern that potty training will be reversed when dogs deficate/urinate in an indoor room.
The Ghent staff is very friendly and accommodating. Love that you offer agility training. Rissa is amazing.
I find that Dogtopia’s prices are too high and I can find more intentionally care for my dog for cheaper
My pup loves it at Dogtopia! As a new doggy daycare dog mom, I was reluctant at first. But by the 2nd visit, she hopped out of the car on her own! When she returned to me, she whined like she wanted to go back inside! And the night after a visit, she goes to bed early! ;)
