Love the play time and socialization my pet receives and the ability to check in on her via webcam is very reassuring.

Clean always do what needs to be done for the dogs and their safety.
The people are great !! They know our dogs better than us. And I say this in the best way possible !!!
The staff is great and really give my dog a lot of love and care.
My dog seemed to have a great time. I liked the layout and the knowlegeable staff. The boarding suite was fine, very normal and clean. The suite was on the small side though. there are no web cams in the boarding area, and they turn off the webcams in the group areas when they are put into their cages. Those are the times I want to see the most. The price was more than expensive. Boarding one dog in a small suite should not cost $170 for one single night. They provide daycare but many other similar places provide boarding with supervised group daycare for anywhere from 45 to 65 per night. I found the staff extremely caring, wonderful dog-loving people. I think they take care of the dogs, but the price is too high for my liking. I will take her back there if the price drops for boarding and group daycare.

The staff is amazing!
My biggest concern is that my dog appeared to have scabbed over bite marks on his neck. This surprises me since they are supposed to be under constant supervision.
I love that there are always fun activities for the pups. The team is so engaging and makes me feel like my dog is the most important one!
I shouldn’t have to pay for outside time. It’s important for their health, especially since my dog was boarded for multiple days. It should be free.
Dogs can be played with more by those in the rooms with seems like they’re largely there to monitor. Would be good to have some more interaction.

Too many dogs at once
I appreciate the staff and how they show their support caring and professional work with my puppy who loves her time at daycare as well as boarding. My puppy loves her visits and support during her time at Dogtopia. I’m so happy that I was able to find Dogtopia when I needed it the most. Thankful 🐶🐾❤️
The Dogtopia Miramar team has done an outstanding job with my precious puppy, he is always excited to go to Dogtopia and seems to have a lot of fun there with his furry friends! When traveling, the Dogtopia team always keep my up to date how my puppy is doing which is much appreciated!

Williams has been coming to Dogtopia since they opened their doors in late 2023. I don't even know where to begin explaining how much we love it there.
In his short life thus far, Williams has been a frequent flyer at 3 east side day cares (2-3 days a week for the last year). Dogtopia is BY FAR the best facility with the most amazing, caring, and well trained staff. I never question whether my baby is safe and cared for when he is there - I would not say the same for another facility close-by that we stopped using.
The Dogtopia app is the best doggy daycare app I've used - the cameras are high quality, it's so simple to book days in advance, curbside pick up/drop off is available, and they have almost weekly special events that are so fun. In the last few months, Williams has made a Christmas ornament, a Valentine's Day painting, and met the Easter Bunny, in addition to bubble days and special treats. Our other daycare has maybe 1-2 events per year.
The only downside for us, specifically, is that we live in Painesville. I literally drive past our other daycare that is much closer, but not as incredible, to bring him to Dogtopia, and I would gladly do it 5 days a week if I could justify the hour commute. Maybe we should just move closer?
Friendly and kind
The coaches and staff treat my dogs like family. I do not worry while I am on travel as I know they are taken care of. This is their home away from home. Though my 2 dogs are seniors - I bring them to daycare every day so they can socialize with dogs and humans - they love humans and give out lots of hugs and kisses. They love the crafts, treats and photo sessions. Dogtopia is the best!
The staff is very accommodating & welcoming. Calvin loves going there.
The staff is the best and treats my Cami like one of their own! It's convenient to have spa services while they are there as well- saves a trip!
I love the staff that works there. You can tell they love dogs by the way my two greet them when they are boarding or going to doggy daycare. They do all kinds of fun things for the dogs from providing all kings of fun scenarios for photos ops or having all kinds of treats. All done to raise money for their Dogs for Vets program. Dogtopia provides everyone the ability to view their pet during their daycare. I love that especially when they are boarding while I’m vacationing.
There was a commercial for Dogtopia on ESPN which I thought was very cute.

The staff personally know your dog and little to no turn over in staffing. The amount of time the dogs actually get in the play area not in a kennel. I pay for a tired dog that has played all day not a kenneled dog as long as this does not change I will continue to be utilize Dogtopia. Also the cleanness of the facility is better than others.
Very professional and courteous staff. We are very glad to have Maru get her services from Dogtopia White Flint!
My pup comes back happy and tired! The staff is very professional and love all the pups.
