Your opening hours on the weekend is too late, perhaps consider opening at 8am or 8:30.
Other than that, the staff is awesome! I love that they know the pups’ names before your customers check in and it’s not just my pup. They are genuinely happy to see the fur babies.
My dog Bean LOVES LOVES LOVES going here! He brings me his harness in tbe mornings and wants to go! He is also so much calmer at home getting g to play with his friends at Dogtopia! He sleeps in the car all the way home with a doggie smile on his face 😀 everyone there is just so nice and you know they truly care about your baby.
Very friendly staff and enjoyable atmosphere. Would give a 10 but this was my pups first trip. Update to follow when she participates in full day doggie daycare.
Management and staff are excellent. They are well trained and professional and they hire the right people who love animals and know dog behavior. We keep our rescued huskies in their boarding because we don’t have enough fosters available. This is an excellent option for us since the canine coaches love on them all day. And they get so much socialization during day care with other dogs.

The girls upfront are very friendly and nice to talk with. You can tell they love dogs and will take good care of them. Prices are reasonable.

Alexandria Dogtopia does an outstanding job with my dog Thelma. She loves her trips to daycare. Staff are friendly and Thelma runs up to attendants when she arrives. We normally use half day reservations since it works best with my schedule. In the past Dogtopia offered discounts when half days were purchased in advance. Currently there are no discounted half day subscriptions. Offering this kind of option would be perfect for us.

I like the appearance of the facility. The staff is very friendly. It smells great and your lobby area is well decorated. My dog was recently grown and the groomer did an excellent job.

I am always impressed by the friendly attitude and professionalism. They know all the dogs name. My dog is in good hands. She is eager to go in each day, unlike going to the vet where she refuses to go near the clinic.
