Love the staff!
Some more feedback or report card on how day went. Offer more deals promotions for those that have a plan. Also, allow days to cross over to next week if you are charged and your pup gets sick and can’t come.
Very friendly. The whole staff knows my dog well and always give me a report back of his day.
My dog is really happy to spend his day here. He’s spent when I pick him up. The staff clearly love dogs, which can’t be faked. We are only two visits into the Jacksonville Avenues location, but it adheres to the same high standards as the Boca location where Cole spent most days for the past month.

This place is great. Every single time we go in whoever is at the front desk always greets us with a smile, by my dogs name and a friendly greeting.. I have felt that each each and every person we have come in contact with at Dogtopia loves dogs and loves taking care of them. Only reason I gave them a 9 is because sometimes the message I give the person at the front desk does not travel to the person who is actually taking care of my Latte. Also I have found the spa services lacking a bit with prices going up and down from time to time, and the lack of communication of how much I want my Lattes hair to be cut.
Other than Dogtopia is a wonderful place to take your dog!!
I have a rescue dog who is 55 lbs but very intimidated by dogs his side, to the point that some other dogs attack him. The staff recognized that and now place him in a play room that he is comfortable. he is very particular (to say the least) and takes awhile to adjust, but now seems to love to go to camp.
The people. Your staff is warm, welcoming and friendly and Missy, who can be very shy and skittish, loves it there!
So far, Misha's first day at Dogtopia daycare was wonderful! We are looking forward to having her attend more days in the near future!

The service my dog received
I use the day care once a week and love it. My dog can be very nervous but when I even say to him that “it’s Dogtopia day” he gets super excited and runs right in when we get there. The staff is so friendly!

My dog Dice loves Dogtopia. He always has so much fun. The staff are always so friendly and thorough.
Everyone at Dogtopia always treats my pup like one of their own. She has an amazing time every time she goes and Dogtopia has really helped her come out of her shell. I also love that we can watch her on the cameras!
Dogtopia is truly top-notch. From the moment Teddy walks through the doors, he is met with so much love, care, and support. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely amazing with the animals—you can tell they truly love what they do. It’s such a safe, positive space, and leaving Teddy there gives me complete peace of mind. I know he enjoys it immensely every single time. Every staff member is wonderful, and the owners are two of the nicest, most genuine animal lovers I’ve ever met. Dogtopia Bloomfield is a wonderful place! The staff is caring, nurturing and engaged. My dog cannot wait to get in the door when we pull up and she is lovingly greeted (she returns the favor). It’s reassuring to know that my dog is playing all day while I’m working. Her social skills are enhanced and her energy is directed. 5 stars!
Flexible and very friendly staff
The dogtopia team is amazing. My pups Ace (Boxer, 6) and Clementine (Staffy, 2) absolutely love going to daycare and getting the ultimate spa experience. My boxer has had issues getting his nails done in the past and sits like a king for the dogtopia crew.
