I initially was a little worried about leaving my dog someplace because she has had separation anxiety to the point where lots of doors got ruined, however Dogtopia has been an amazing addition to her life. She gets mental stimulation and gets to play with other dogs in a safe controlled environment, unlike the unreliable personalities of dogs at a dog park. My dog is excited to go to Dogtopia every time that we get on the car, and she absolutely loves all the team members. I feel very confident that I leave her in the best of hands and I would recommend Dogtopia to anyone.
My dog loves going here. I like the variety of activities provided for him.

Grooming
Dogtopia Northwest Edmonton played a huge role in helping our five-month-old puppy get properly socialized. Through their program, our Norman learned important behaviors, routines, and habits, along with structured play, guidance, and even appropriate timeouts when needed. Most importantly, it was always fun and positive.
Any time something seemed even slightly off, they immediately called us because health and safety is clearly their top priority.
Every staff member we’ve met is a true professional. They carry themselves as if they personally own the place, and it shows in how much they genuinely care about every dog that walks through the door.
Now that our dog is 18 months old, we can’t thank them enough—not just for the fun times our pup had, but for the supportive and guided learning that helped shape such a well-adjusted dog.
Everyone is kind, courteous, and always willing to help! When my daughter recently had a baby, I was uncertain about how many nights I would need to board my dogs. the Dogtopia staff was so very flexible!! A few days later, my daughter had a complication and had to go back to the hospital in the middle of the night. I texted Dogtopia when they opened the next morning to see if I could board the dogs immediately. Once again I was uncertain how many nights I would be gone. They said of course come right on! I just couldn't ask for more!!

Dogtopia is a safe and fun place for my puppy! He loves the staff. They all know him by name and treat him like their own. He has such a great time playing and I love knowing he is safe and cared for. I highly recommend Dogtopia!
The staff are wonderful, and turnover seems low, which says to me that Dogtopia is a great place to work. You do it all-- day care, boarding, spa services--. The staff is responsive, as well.
One of my two dogs goes to doggy day care at Dogtopia Charlottesville, and my spouse and I have been very pleased with it. Xander comes home tired, and the staff seem to like him

All the teachers are very professional and they take care of my yorkie. Madison enjoyed coming every fridays.
Everyone is friendly. Your web cams, special events, plus boarding, training etc. Winston comes home and is out for another nap.

The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, and the facilities were very impressive. Our dog couldn’t wait to go back after his initial meet n greet. We boarded him for 2 nights and also got him groomed while he was there and it was a great overall experience. We’ll definitely be bringing him back!

My tiny dog was in the tiny part of the Toy Box. When I got her home she was extremely thirsty. Very unusual for her. I checked the video feed and could not see a water dish in the area. Big problem!!
Mangeaux loved it here. He got to play all day and make new friends. Staff were super friendly and there are plenty of options on the bark menu.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Easy check in and out. My dog wants to come back! That’s it, he love playing with his friends.
