Everyone is really friendly
My dog has been bit 3 times now. Once in the ear neck and rear leg. Then once in the back and now just two days ago she was bit in the upper rear part of her back. Not to mention burnt paw pads from chemicals for cleaning the floors not mixed properly. After the last episode I have decided to remove my dog from dogtopaia. They failed to notify me even though they said they tried. I don't believe that they did. They also tried to hide the fact that Ava was biten. They told me that she was okay after the dogs got into a fight. Told me she was not bitten. She went to the vet costing me $300 to fix her. Two weeks ago a dog in the waiting room almost bite me while leaving. Not happy.
Greeting from the staff every time we drop off our little boy Jax ,,, he is greeted first which makes me feel very happy
He always smells amazing when we pick him up and exhausted which means he had lots of fun!

My dogs love going, they come home tired and happy. It was a great way to socialize my puppy and help with his separation anxiety. It gave my older dog new excitement! The staff is so sweet and truly care about the dogs.
