We absolutely love Dogtopia @ Halcyon! From the moment you walk in, you can tell how much the staff truly cares about the dogs—they are attentive, kind, and genuinely passionate about what they do. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing our fur baby is in such great hands.
Apollo gets so excited every time we pull up. He practically can’t wait to get inside, and that alone says everything. It’s clear he feels safe, loved, and happy there, and as a dog parent, that means the world to us.
One of the things that really sets Dogtopia @ Halcyon apart is the fun crafts and special events they put on for the dogs. The creativity and effort they put into making each day special is amazing, and we absolutely adore seeing the adorable keepsakes and photos afterward.

It is a safe environment. There’s always someone with the dogs. We feel comfortable leaving our dog here for overnight stays.
Staff are engaged with the dogs, welcoming, and prompt. I have already suggested for our family members to try out Dogtopia Maplewood
The daycare is great as well as the kennel services. It is the staff that makes the difference!
I am so thankful for this amazing place. We are visiting the area and their customer service and care for my dog Tukker has been great. We will use them again for sure and you can trust that your dog is well taken care of.

I DID join the referral program (seems superfluous, I should be able to refer with my app account). The person I referred has a super seeet dog that had an issue during meet & greet (almost certainly separation anxiety not dog socialization issues) and so she left and asked to have the manager call back. That didn't happen so she went to a competitor, Noah's Arf.
I only ask one thing: consider the customer persona who has a known challenge with separation anxiety and be open to slightly adjust your meet and greet so they can transition more gently. Those owners and dogs are much more likely to be regulars than a transactional customer who just wants to drop off their dog occasionally.

The staff are very friendly, know my dog very well and they give me reports on how he was every visit as we're leaving! It's nice to know that your dog is not just looked after but cared for!
The Dogtopia Associates are terrific with the dogs and the owners. The facilities are exceptionally clean.
