She always looks forward to her daycare days. It's a relief when you have to work and don't wish to have her cooped up in a crate. She gets the socialization with other dogs and people that are essential to her wellbeing.

I am very disappointed in how the staff handled my last stay a few weeks ago. It is my understanding my dog was upset for being kenneled and he decided to shread his dog bed. And understood that six different bowls were left in his kennel therefore he destroyed those as well. However, it took until Sunday for me to be informed. I got home with him and he was exhausted and dehydrated as he ate two full bowls and had two full bowls of water. When I went to drop him off I asked for particular items to be done by the groomers, nail trim and ear cleaning. I asked the associate specially if these were ala carte yet I paid 80.00 for a full service grooming.
I get that you may have young staff, but they need to be responsible enough to listen and they should have known better to call me after Friday. I was local and told the associate that as well. I was involved in a large charity event that weekend and knew I would be away from home more than I was at home.
Then when I followed up via email, I received minimal feedback and when I asked more questions I got ignored. I asked to have the manager call me and crickets. So unfortunately you can’t blame me when I will talk bad about what happened and I will not ever give you business again. My profession is in HR and I will tell you if I was HR for the company, I would definitely be having a direct conversation as to why you as a manager are not informed and/or why are choosing not to address concerns with your customers.
I love the attention and special care they give my pup. He loves his family of friends at Dogtopia.

All inclusive with daycare, overnight, and spa treatment. provides a meet and great, aware of dogs strengths and weaknesses and places in the correct room accordingly. There is webcam allowing for relaxing watching in breaks at work. Communicates when there are events. My dog loves going.
Staff is very friendly and caring. Easy to schedule, drop off and pick up. We are very happy .
My puppy loved it there, unfortunately since he is not neutered yet he isn’t allowed anymore.

Everything! It’s a fun place for my dog to be able to get her energy out and play with other dog besties! My husband loves that he can watch her play on the cameras. They love my dog, Jacks, and it’s always evident during drop off and pick up. She comes home worn out and happy.
I love the personality that Dogtopia south Austin team puts into taking your dog to daycare. I am a sentimental mama, so I love the keepsakes that they give me. I love bringing my dog to Dogtopia! I 1000% would recommend them to anyone. My neighbor was the one who told me about you guys.
