The staff is so nice and attentive. For people who love to watch their puppy play they have cameras that record them.
I highly recommend sending your pup to dogtopia it is a wonderful place for your pup to get socialized with other dogs and people.

Friendly staff. The staff loves my dog and makes him feel special. My dog has been going there for over a year. I have boarded him and I am confident he is in good hands. I like the video do I can check in on him during the day.
Had my initial Meet and Greet and was an amazing experience from start to finish. Facilities was very clean and staff was extremely pleasant to work with. Made me feel very comfortable leaving my dog there for future dog day camps.
Clear communication and super accommodating
The environment is ideal for dogs of all sizes. The staff treats each dog like their own. I am very comfortable leaving my dog in their care!

I guess my husband and I were a bit concerned the last time we took our dog there. The front desk was unattended. There was no way to ring a bell or something to get service. We waited for quite some time. The door to enter the rest of the facility was unlocked so anyone could walk into the facility and through it. Im not real comfortable with that. Concerned for the safety of my dog and others.
Friendly staff, dedication to safety of pets and the constant supervision. I also enjoy that I can watch my pups all day. The pictures they take and send us home with are also super cute and a good memorabilia.

My dog is happy - she jumps from the car and runs to the door. She greets every member of the staff with a wagging tail. This tells you more about her experience than anything I can say

Clarify pick up times. When we arranged our pet’s Meet and Greet, we were told 2 till 7, but I received a call at 5 saying we needed to pick him up right away. Fortunately we were able to come by at 5:15.
Staff are all friendly and observe the dogs pretty well
There is no real outside area with real grass for dogs to potty in. I am not a fan of the dogs going to the bathroom in the room they play in. The worker can only clean up on mess at a time and with all the other dogs they end up playing in the other mess until the worker can get to it...that is if they aren't on there phone.
Max seems genuinely happy to be there- and I was immediately comfortable leaving him, as the employees were friendly and welcoming to both of us, facility is clean, Max wags his tail all the way home- which is a HUGE deal, being that he is usually terrified of the car
The staff is usually friendly. The dogs are well-taken care of and the staff seem to care. The price is reasonable at $40 or less.
PLEASE extend weekend hours!!! Many of us work on Saturday and Sunday, and it would help tremendously if the facilities opened and closed in accordance with the other days of the week.
Availability..friendly staff...feel safe leaving my dog eith them
Jason and his crew are SO wonderfully helpful!! we were in a pinch with our two red labs, and needed help boarding and fast. He went out of his way to make sure that we were taken care of. And while we were away, the staff would send us photos and updates of our dogs! I can’t say enough about how fantastic this group is

Staff is always so friendly. Drop off/pick up times are always so smooth and the times are very convenient . My pup loves it at Dogtopia! She honestly doesn’t want to leave and is always excitied when we pull into the parking lot.
