Everyone loves their job.
The staff always greets you with a smile and they are always happy to see your precious pup. They always have great deals to accommodate your pocketbook. Your dog is always well taken care of while you are away. No better place than Dogtopia on the west side of Albuquerque. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!

My dog Willy, absolutely loves it here. He gets so excited when I ask if he wants to go to daycare. Everyone here loves and treats Willy like he is their own dog. I always feel comfortable bringing my best friend to Dogtopia!
They love my dog and have been very flexible with schedule changes.
My dog loves it here! Everyone is so nice and treat my dog well. I see him getting love when I check in on the cameras. I also see him in timeout which I appreciate as it helps me curb unwanted behavior. My dogs a humper but has gotten so much better with their attention and redirection. Never treating him aggressively. I can trust bringing him here.
The fun activities, the staff. I love all the pictures each month that they do I am running out of frames.

The staff at Dogtopia take care of my pup how I would take care of her if I didn’t have to work every day!

The staff are very friendly, remember all the dog names and so accommodating. It’s a great place to have my dog go for exercise and fun instead of being home by themselves!

Not disappointed just haven’t seen the level of activity I expected as far as exercising my pet in the mid points of the day he’s there. Seems play happens earlier in the day than our drop off and pick up times. Despite that my pet likes attending daycare there.
I like the concierge drop off and pick up services and the fact there are usually two handlers in each daycare room to supervise the dogs. I also think of Veronica, the groomer is fantastic!
A couple of things I would like to see more of would be more daily photos posted to the Facebook page of the daily dogs in each group. Also, it would be nice if a dog‘s birthday photo was posted to the Facebook page to highlight their special day.
I love that my girl Sydney absolutely loves going to Dogtopia. She gets soooo excited to go there. I love all of the adorable treats and activities for the dogs and that the staff takes great care of my girl.
Since Millie can be a little timid, we especially appreciate how patient and encouraging the staff has been with her. It has been amazing to see her gain confidence and enjoy her time there.
Evee always looks forward to going to Dogtopia to see her friends! The staff is super accomodating and I'm so glad she enjoys it as another part in her routine. Thank you Dogtopia Bellevue and especially Devyn!

Extremely disappointed with Dogtopia.
We’ve used Dogtopia for overnight boarding in the past and had always been happy with the service, which makes this experience even more disappointing.
While we were away on a week-long vacation, our dog was bitten by another dog while in their care. Staff acknowledged that the other dog was uncomfortable around new dogs and admitted they saw the situation escalating, yet they did nothing to separate the dogs or intervene before the bite occurred. Instead, they tried to shift the blame onto our dog, saying he wouldn’t stop trying to play and sniff the other dog—as if normal dog behavior somehow justified what happened.
While we understand that accidents can happen, what was truly unacceptable was how Dogtopia handled the situation afterward. Besides the initial phone call, we were not contacted for two days after the incident despite repeatedly calling and leaving messages for updates. I only knew that my dog was back in their care after being released from the vet because I saw him on their videos. Their explanation was that they were having phone issues, which did little to explain the complete lack of communication during a medical emergency involving our pet.
Our dog was also prescribed antibiotics by the veterinarian while he was still boarding, so his wound would not get infected. When we got him home and counted the medication, we discovered that doses had been missed.
To make matters worse, we were left with a $2,100 emergency vet bill. Dogtopia refused to reimburse any portion of the cost or even offer a discount on our boarding stay. Their only gesture was to offer us a free bath if we chose to bring our dog back.
When I asked whether the dog that bit ours would be allowed to return, I was told Dogtopia has a “three-strike” policy. It was alarming to learn that a dog that had already injured another dog could still be allowed back until multiple incidents occurred. That policy did little to reassure us that the safety of the dogs in their care is the top priority.
We entrusted Dogtopia with our dog’s safety and well-being while we were away. Instead, he was injured, communication was poor, his medication was not administered as prescribed, and the company took no meaningful responsibility for the outcome. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend Dogtopia to other pet owners.
We have been with Dogtopia @Alamo Ranch since they opened. Our pup loves to go play and I like the flexibility since we have the Unlimited plan.
Everyone is so welcoming to all the pups (by name) and parents when coming in the door.
I trust the coaches to take the best care of our pup for boarding and everyday.

Great staff and dogs are cared for very well.
The staff is incredible! They are so kind and caring. My dogs have always loved going there.
Everyone that works there is so friendly and my dog loves it there.
I like the fact that the dogs are able to play with each other and then take breaks in their kennels with water in their own water dish. Also the 2 hour break in the afternoon gives them a chance to relax and nap. I also enjoy being able to watch them play on my phone or computer.
Staff is very welcoming and my dog feels he is in a goid place
