All of the workers were very helpful and kind. Our dog seemed happy to be there.
The facilities are clean and well kept. The staff are friendly and look to have the best interest of the dogs. Overall this is a great place for our furry family member to get together with other dogs.
Previous staff were more welcoming and approachable. The current team comes across as less friendly and somewhat cliquish. There appears to be favoritism toward certain dogs, while others seem to receive minimal engagement. Overall, the staff turnover does not appear to have been a positive change.
The hours are great & I love that she can get a bath while there.

I love that we got great pictures of his first day and the staff is very transparent with how his days have been. It’s hard to leave your doggy for the entire day in someone else’s care, but the staff seem to be very knowledgeable about dogs and full of love! My boy doesn’t even notice that I leave, he is very happy to go off with them. So I know he’s in great hands 🧡

Better attention from canine coaches on dogs who are potentially uncomfortable. Repeatedly have seen my dog mounted/followed by the same dog all day. The coach is usually oblivious to this happening.

We usually take our two dogs to Dogtopia for the Spa days. They always do a good job bathing them and brushing them, as well as a few other things. However, the last time we were there we were asked point blank if we wanted to tip. This was awkward. We are seniors on a fixed income and are feeling the crunch of rising prices like everyone else. I felt pressured to tip so I did, but we did not like being verbally asked to do so. Otherwise we do like the service and will continue to take our dogs there when we can.
They always greet us by name. They clean several times a day, always having dedicated days for the dogs, pancakes, pictures, birthday celebrations, etc. I’ve tried several other doggy daycares of the years, and Dogtopia always stands out from the others.
I have a very shy, scared, and timid puppy-mill rescue dog. The staff at Dogtopia DTC have welcomed her and made her feel safe while understanding that she doesn't know how to "dog." They give her space to just walk around and explore and come to them when she is ready. She has learned to walk up to humans when we are on the trail at home and she's slowly understanding that the world is not so scary. Our goal is to someday see her wag her tail. I think that being at Dogtopia on Saturdays has helped her meet all types of different dog personalities and her confidence increases every time we meet a new dog.
Super friendly staff. It is so obvious they love our 4 legged family members. This makes it easier to leave them knowing they are loved.
The owner is fantastic. Great communication and follows up with me directly if/when needed. My dog loves going and they always have room for boarding. The staff is great and I can tell they genuinely love dogs.

Everyone is so friendly and they really do care about my dog. When my dog was injured and had surgery, they sent me an occasional text message to check on her and let us know they missed us!
Dogtopia is a home away from home for our little dog Jax. Bree and Destiny at Dogtopia in Halcyon have been amazing scheduling vacations and last minute trips to allow Jax to come to his favorite place when we travel. We always know that he will be safe and happy when he stays at Dogtopia Halcyon. So glad we found this place years ago and so blessed to have an amazing staff at Dogtopia that loves Jax as much as we do.
Treat our dog with kindness and caring and respect and love. Couldn’t ask for more for a child or dog or pet or whatever.
