Friendly staff that really seem to enjoy the dogs!
Everyone was very responsive in person. I loved the webcam feature on the app to be able to watch my dog be a dog around other dogs. I'm excited to try making an appointment for him to get a bath too.

The staff at Dogtopia Plymouth are the best. The facility is clean and Rudy has the best time. I always know Rudy is safe and well taken care of when he enters the door. I can’t say enough about how great our experience has been.

I love the hours, the staff so nice and professional. They have cameras so I can check on my baby all day. They send texts to see if I would have Hershey have a snack. There is a spa available if you would like them to bath your baby, get their nails clipped. They take such good care of al the fur babies.
The staff are so friendly and I can tell my dog is well cared for.
The Toy Box cam and daily pictures were reassuring to us that she was well- cared for and happy
Everyone there is polite and treats my dog like he is a part 0f their family. They have always been very helpful.

We absolutely lofe this place! The staff is incredible. My dog pratically runs through the door when we arrive and comes out with full-body wiggles every time, which tells me everything I need to know about how happy he is there. It gives me piece of mind knowing that he's cared for whether its playcare or boarding. Yes, I highly recommend Dogtopoia in Fort Mill!
Customer service is amazing. They listen to you very well to make sure your dog gets treated the way it gets treated at home.
We love Savannah!!! All of the staff do a great job with the dogs. But I know Mackie is in good hands when Savannah is there.
It's been a while since Axle has been to Dogtopia Southlake. We were excited to be able to schedule him for a grooming appointment and daycare so quickly. We love his haircut and who doesn't love turkey meatballs for lunch. We know Axle did!!!!
Always friendly
The staff is so friendly and kind and absolutely loves every single dog that walks through that door. It's hard to trust people with such a big part of your life and heart, and I absolutely trust the staff at Dogtopia DTC with our sweet boy, Gus. I cannot thank you all enough for giving him such a great place to get out of all of his energy!

I’m impressed Sutherland day care and overnight care. Biscuit gets excited when we pull up for his playdates. Although he only goes two or three times a month he loves his time there
