My pup (Cooper Last name removed)’s food has been mixed up a lot (we’ve wrote time to feed on his food and communicated with the team). This is very concerning because his allergy medicine is mixed in with his food. He gets his medicine in the morning and evening and needs to have a sufficient amount of time between each dose. He is also super stinky when he leaves Dogtopia compared to his last daycare. We love Dogtopia for the hours flexibility that is offered and would love to stay here for that reason, but my hand will be forced to switch daycares if the feeding issue and the stinky issue persist. If there are any resolutions you can share, that would be greatly appreciated. On a positive note, there is one handler who prioritizes obedience with the pups at pickup/droppoff… she is phenomenal!!! We love her for the fact she makes the pup sit and stay before she opens the door. Helps keep him behaving well and listening to his usual commands at home!! People who work there are really nice dog people. Sometimes I dont see my dog being active or engaging with other dogs.

Dogtopia of Roanoke has very nice people, but the most important thing is that my dog has been there over a dozen times and has been treated well and without issues. Of course you can’t control dogs and things will happen but I have watched the videos as well and see caring, focused attention on the animals.
I like it only thing I would change is the size for the small dog area. Seem to have a small section cut off with a gate and it would be nice to have room so they can actually run around.
