Dogtopia has been wonderful. The staff are kind, knowledgeable, and honest. It has been such a gift to take our dogs somewhere we know they are loved and cared for. The staff has also supported us in learning how to better understand our dogs and meet their needs.
My Golden, Homer, absolutely loves all the handlers at Dogtopia on Woodmen. He seems to know it is Wednesday and goes to the laundry room to get his harness. Homer is so very happy to get there and get going. Happily, he is also happy to see me at the end of the day.
I can watch him interact with other dogs and people on the webcam. They feed him the lunch I provide and have a whole monthly calendar of events Homer can participate if I sign him up for them.
I feel confident that Homer is being well cared for
The staff is amazing. I love the webcam so you can watch your furry friend. Cost is very reasonable. I also love that their day is regimented. I’m not sure there’s a downside to Dogtopia.
I love this place, Whiskey has improved his behavior since coming here, he was reluctant at the beginning but now he loves it here, his behavior has improved, he’s more sociable and friendly
My senior pups have had a great time in daycare even if they stay on the sidelines. Super friendly staff and I like the ability to book online.

The Dogtopia Staff @ Robinson is always so helpful, friendly & professional. Our dog, Parker loves going to this location during the work week.
The staff also took great care of Parker when I was out of town for work obligations as well as for several vacations.
We received updates on how the dog was doing on a regular basis. I always feel my dog is in excellent care in their hands.

Staff is so wonderful with all the dogs. They're very well trained and take the time needed with each dog. My little dog absolutely goes bonkers when I pull up to drop him off for the day. He gets so excited! When I pick him up he is worn out from playing all day with all his buddies. I couldn't be happier with taking my fur baby there.

I really appreciate the staff who care for our pet when he comes one day per week. I’m so glad I brought him back in January I truly believe he enjoys coming and has made other dog friends.
The staff is so friendly and I feel they genuinely love the dogs they care for. The place is also very inviting and I enjoy checking the webcam when my Otis is staying there. This is the best place for my dog. I would definitely recommend Dogtopia!
1 - More consistent functioning of the Romper and Gym webcams. They are quite glitchy. (Toybox works well.)
2 - Improve the presentation of the email with charges. It's hard to read and often doesn't match the charges shown on the front desk computer. (This may be a corporate problem to fix.)
