The staff at Dogtopia of Berkeley Heights are extremely friendly. They are kind to the pups and their owners. They have open communication. My pup enjoys hanging there with his buddies.
We were, and continuously have been, so thrilled with the service at Dogtopia. We’ve used the daycare and boarding multiple times and have always been happy with the care and attention our Shepherd gets. Recently, we used the spa services for the first time and we couldn’t be happier with them! Her fur is so soft and she looks great!
We love Dogtopia! Every time we get in the car, my dog is beyond excited thinking he’s going to daycare (does not like when it ends up being the vet!) He does boarding, daycare and has visited the spa—Excellent experience highly recommend.

Such friendly and kind staff! I appreciated the 2 complimentary doggy day care stays prior to their boarding, to get them acclimated.
The meet n greet email included my link to the web cams. That was not explained to me so it took me 3 of the 4 days on my vacation to figure it out. I kept looking for an invite for the cams, not knowing it was in a prior email. I missed out on viewing the dogs for 3 days.
So I thought I’d share to help the staff/ dog owners in the future.
Friendly staff, great space for my dog to play, webcams to check in on him. Gives me everything I need in a doggy daycare.

Dogs are constantly moving, versus lying around in a kennel if we had been using someone to "drop by" our house and let her out a few times a day.
Staff interacts well with our dog.
The dogs in her "room" don't get too physical in their play...which is good because she is typically one of the smaller dogs.
The staff is so nice and the facility is super clean.

My dogs are so excited to go there. They know which day they go. Everyone is so nice!
My boston loves to come to daycare. She is able to play with her friends, get yummy treats and participate in different activities like bubbles, passport photos etc. I love the convenience of being able to get her groomed or boarded in the same place and most importantly I LOVE THE STAFF and how interactive they are with all the babies and how they know every baby by name. She is always excited when we walk in the door!

My Emery has been going to the Midvale, Dogtopia for just about one year now. She loves going to “big girl school”! The staff are amazing and attentive. I love that there are fun activities planned and that there are grooming services available.

How friendly the staff is! Knowing how safe and well taken care of Lilly is. While your dog is in their care, they will notify you if your dog seems out of sorts or not feeling well.
Stanley runs right into Dogtopia to see his favorite people and dogs. He definitely needs to go weekly to get out that puppy energy and loves it. I know he is well looked after. It is a life saver for us while we continue separation anxiety training at home.
Dogtopia is wonderful. My dog loves going there he is excited and he comes home pooped. Which is how we like it

I appreciate the transparency when another dog was sick at play care. I have another old pittie 13 at home who has cancer again and just being armed with the information that her brother was exposed to a sick dog is so helpful in keeping her healthy.

My dog has been coming here since 2023 and he is still super excited every time he goes for daycare, he truly loves it here!
I’ve had a bath scheduled for my dog during his last 3 visits while he was boarded and he never received one. After his most recent stay, I asked if he received a bath and the response was “no, it’s been a busy week.” With how much the pricing has increased, I’m not sure we’re getting that kind of value.
All staff/coaches truly care for my dog.
