Manager is fantastic and somehow remembers every dog by name . Front desk staff is also very friendly and professional .

My dogs don’t spend time alone or all day in a cage or crate and I especially love that I can watch them play with other dogs while I’m away. I will literally be sitting at a bar or anywhere while on vacation watching my dogs on my phone lol

Dogtopia Rocklin is absolutely amazing. Their staff is my favorite!! Everyone loves my Ruthie girl so well and I feel 100% confident leaving her there with all her friends. It's clean, and such a great place for her to play and socialize!!!
Quick, friendly reliable
Boyd is always excited and runs into Dogtopia. When he was there for two weeks, the staff told me that they would let him outside for some alone time to sunbathe. That meant the world to us. We were worried that the next time we’d take him there he wouldn’t want to go, but no, he was over the moon to go play.
Operating hours! Not many allow for drop off as early as you do and for a nurse, that’s a godsend
The services are exceptional. My pup loves going and enjoy the human interaction from the staff. There are so many activities that makes his time there even more special. The Mothers Day card with his paw print and a heartfelt message, the school pictures and now the pumpkin painting, makes me proud to be a pup mom and a part of this community. Oh having the spa and over night options also makes it a full service location. Love the location and the services.
Love that our dog gets to play with her pals in a clean welcoming environment and the representatives that work at dogtopia are caring friendly and responsible
We were a little disappointed, we came from Fredericksburg VA and every time our dog stayed for day play or overnight he got a report card telling us if he pulled on the leash, ate all his food or not, and who he played with. We didn’t get that with this location. When we watched the webcams he wasn’t playing with anyone, we saw a few attempts but wasn’t reciprocated- curious if he was in with older dogs that aren’t really into playing. Lastly, the ventilation system just is not doing the job. It is much more potent - almost unbearable- compared to Fredericksburg VA. The staff was very friendly every time we went and it appeared clean, just really didn’t smell clean at all. Our dog is alive and in good spirits and that’s our top priority. We are very grateful for that. But the rest would have been nice to have too.

Regarding the ventilation concern, we take cleanliness and air quality very seriously. Our HVAC and air purification systems are designed specifically for dog daycare environments, and we’ll certainly review your comments with our maintenance team to ensure everything is performing at the high standards we expect.
As for your pup’s playtime, our Canine Coaches carefully group dogs based on size, temperament, and play style to ensure safety and comfort. Sometimes dogs take a little time to warm up to new friends, especially in a new environment, but our team always keeps a close eye to make sure each pup is comfortable and having a positive experience.
