I have taken my puppy to other doggy daycare and this one is my favorite. Everyone is so nice and so good to my puppy. They are very friendly and will accommodate to your needs. My pup runs right in the door and absolutely loves being there which makes me feel better about dropping him off.
Dogtopia is very clean and staff is pleasant. The webcam is clear and I was able to easily find my dogs. I was able to watch them playing happily with other dogs which put my mind at ease.
We’ve never been told by previous daycare and boarding that our dog humps other dogs. My husband wasn’t observing the behavior because the staff had our dog in a separate room where there were no cameras.

The staff members were very attentive and answered all of our questions which put as eased. They made sure both our pups felt comfortable and confident.

Omg I love love love dogtopia! Everyone is so sweet to my dog ! He is so excited to go and in fact practically drags me there if we are within 3 blocks. It is so wonderful to know that he is safe and well taken care of and playing with his friends.
Both dogs boarded had a good time and I was able to monitore them thru the cameras.

My dog likes being there, but your fees for half days are about $6/session too high. Zara began attending twice a week soon after you opened and we were able to purchase 10 day passes with a slight discount. Then the price went up, and then it went up again. This is more than other places charge, and while I am willing to pay a bit more, the difference is significant enough to limit Zara's time there. As a senior citizen, I'm on a fixed income and since you don't offer any discounts for seniors, we can not participate in as many visits as we did before.
I understand that with COVID you needed to pay your staff more, and institute some additional cleansing procedures.
I have recommended several dog owners to your place, and those dogs love being there. They are now regular customers.

Is it the cheapest place? No. But it is absolutely the best, and not having to worry about my fur baby while he’s there is priceless. So thankful to have found Dogtopia!

It smells awful (I assume chemicals to clean floors??) and I can’t stomach take my dog home without paying for a bath first. But the bath is $30 and they don’t even dry her.

Since new ownership this place has been a sinking ship. It smells disgusting, staff is a lot less energetic and friendly, the dogs are caged a lot more, communication is poor and I feel my dog has been neglected this past week.
I’ve sent Morgan a long email and hope to get a response back. I’d like the remaining daycare days I have on file. It’s sad to see a place that was once SO special to us go down hill. There needs to be a sense of leadership, guidance and some ownership here.
