everyone was very nice and eager to help. you just don’t offer what I need and I tried to tell your staff that but they tried and agreed it wouldn’t work

What do you like about our services?

The experience was great! Everyone was super friendly and the grooming job was excellent and they did it in a reasonable amount of time. Also I was grateful they were able to accomodate us as a walk-in.

What do you like about our services?

Harley and Wheatie are well cared for, bathed upon request, and have fun and are tired at
the end of their day. The staff at Paradise Village Parkway is awesome and compasionate
and they love dogs! Well worth what we spend for the peace of mind!

What do you like about our services?

I love how I can drop my pup off before 7am and all the fun monthly activities you have for pups. I just wish you can stay open until 8pm since I’m a nurse and leave work at 7:30pm. Other than that, my pup loves it there.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Didn’t like that the dog has to be crated for 2 hours that we r paying for we bring the dog to play not to sleep they will lay down on their own if needed.

Flexible times, ability to watch my dog play on the doggie cam all day. Super friendly staff! Ashley and Katharine are great!

We love Dogtopia of Olathe because we know our dog is safe and well cared for when we're unable to have him with us. In addition, we love the professionalism and friendliness of all of the staff, from the Canine Coaches to the front desk reception. We always feel welcomed - and our dog consistently goes into your facility like it truly is "the best day ever"!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

People are nice and procedures seem fine, but my dog was sick the day after his orientation. I don't know if it was stress or something that he picked up there. But now he's on 5 days of antidiarrheals.
