Friendly trainers and they are very observant over bad behaviors--they fix immediately. I haven't seen any type of fighting. They keep the kennels clean and the play areas are wiped down after dog waste.

Dogtopia has truly been my Izzie’s home away from home. She genuinely LOVES going there. I have been so impressed and so grateful for the love, attention, and care she has received at Dogtopia. Izzie and I are moving back to our home in Baltimore in a couple of weeks, and we will sorely miss the friends she has made here. I can only hope to find another doggie daycare place that is even half as wonderful as this one has been for us.
Management cares about the pets they look after. Addison stands out as an excellent employee. Facilities are clean and issues are addressed promptly.
Olive was well cared for and the employees knew who she was. They called about a concern and we appreciated the call.
Friendly staff and special activities! I don't need to use Dogtopia of Midlothian very often, but when I do, whoever is "on duty" when my dog and I arrive, the dog's name is always remembered - even when I don't call in advance to be sure there will be space for him. There are numerous special activities happening, and when the staff takes photos of the dogs having fun, every photo is a keeper! (I would never have guessed that our dog would smile on command.)
On one occasion, my son had to be at the hospital early for surgery. I would not have been able to get to the hospital in time if I had to wait for Dogtopia to open and then possibly have to wait while other dogs were being checked in. The person to whom I spoke when explaining the situation said that someone was always available prior to the 6:30 a.m. opening time; she would leave them a message that we would be bringing in our dog about 20 minutes prior to opening. We were able to leave our dog at Dogtopia the next day at 6:10. The dog was happy and we got to the hospital in time.
Love that Dogtopia is truly a “one-stop shop” for everything we need to keep our fur baby Clyde healthy, safe, and happy! 🐾❤️
Their daycare provides plenty of socialization and exercise, the spa services help us stay on top of Clyde's grooming needs, and boarding gives us peace of mind knowing if we can't be there, Clyde's in a safe, fun, and familiar environment.
Best of all, we don’t have to worry about the anxiety that can come with taking Clyde to three different places and introducing him to lots of different and unfamiliar people. Instead, he gets to go to one place he knows and loves, surrounded by familiar faces he trusts. That consistency means so much to us and to him!
We truly consider Dogtopia an extension of our family. They play such an important role in Clyde's happiness, health, and overall well-being. We couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Gives my dog a safe environment for socialization with dogs and people while letting me monitor when I want to get a sense of her engagement and activity level. The handlers are patient and diligent in maintaining the rooms. The experience is giving me peace of mind in leaving my dog for the day and for occasional boarding.

All 3 of our dogs are so excited as soon as we get into the driveway, they have the best time and get great exercise that sometimes we just can’t give them due to the heat or work. The staff is also always so nice and helpful and they love and remember all the dogs! It’s just a great place!
My dog seems happy when we pick her up. I like that we can view her on Webcam. Prices are reasonable and location is accessible for us.
My dog loves coming to Dogtopia! The staff is always welcoming and friendly. It's easy to book, and I love the live webcams so I can check in while Lucy is there. I always pack a bag with Lucy's pre-portioned meals before dropping her off for an overnight or random day. When Lucy sees me packing her bag (I always use the same one), she becomes so excited that she starts howling and will run in circles.
