Since my pup was only daycare 1 day, I need more visits to make a different informed decision.
The staff love our dog as much as we do! Our border collie can’t wait to get there in the morning and comes home happily tired. Drive up drop off/ pick up service is a an added bonus.
Everybody is super friendly. They know me and my dog on sight, and my dog seems to always enjoy being there. I also love the spa services and suite accommodations.
Awesome Service awesome facility
The Customer Service is awesome!! This was our first time bringing our dog there. While our dog did well, when we picked him up we noticed scratches on his legs and part of his undercarriage. The young lady at the front desk checked with the staff in the back and they stated that another dog was playing with our dog and the other dog grabbed him.
Even though this incident happened, I would give this location another chance.
The crew are always so cheerful and welcoming to Georgie. Her last full grooming was amazing! Best ever
You can tell that everyone there really loves their 4 legged customers!

We absolutely love Dogtopia in Commerce Township! My dog gets so excited every time we pull into the parking lot, which says everything. The staff are genuinely kind, caring, and always make us feel welcome. The facility is also incredibly clean and well maintained. It gives me such peace of mind knowing my dog is happy, safe, and so well cared for here!

They are very friendly and professional. And my dogs walk in wagging their tails and smiling as well as walk out. That means alot to a pet parent.

We had both our fur babies have their spa done by DOGTOPIA and the result is Top-notch. I always have problem with other dog service facilities that have not met our satisfaction , only DOGTOPIA
The staff is highly trained in dog behavior and they work very hard to maintain positive interactions between the pups. Their communication with clients is exceptional. I always know my dog is weak taken care of.

Only day care my dog has ever shown any kind of excitement going to :) Staff is very professional and knows my two dogs well. Never had an incident and this is genuinely the only place I trust my dogs are in good hands if I have to overnight board.
