Friendly and knowledgeable staff!
First time visiting and the ladies at the front made us feel welcome and my dog comfortable. I followed my groomer Cecelia to this location and trust in her service and care for my dog.
Everybody is so friendly and my dog has such a great time there. She gets so excited to go and is so disappointed to leave. They are very conscientious and take very good care of her. I love all of the communications and the pictures, and all the special events and treats.

Provide feedback when dogs are picked up. More direct interaction/play with dogs during the day seems appropriate. We witnessed very little interaction with dogs by the attendants while watching on camera. Also, I sent just enough food for the duration our pets were boarding + one meal. Over half of the food we sent was returned for one of our dogs.
Make your entry lounge smell better, it doesn't make your facility seem very clean and sanitary.
Better webcams to see the entire room.
Staff are both dog and people oriented.
Groomer was friendly and did a wonderful job on our Miniature Schnauzer.

I like Jilly too be able to be herself and not have to feel like she needs to protect all the time. She can just be her and go play with other fur babies.
Dogtopia is safe, clean and caring place for my dog to play, socialize and be boarded when I need to do so. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgable & obviously love dogs. I highly recommend Dogtopia of Fort Mill SC to anyone who wants the best for their dog.
Everyone we have met at Dogtopia Plymouth has been so kind and we know that we can trust them with our dog and all his quirks even on long stretches of boarding!

The staff is very attentive and friendly and gets to know each dog.
The staff all know my dog and greet him when he comes in. He gets so excited to be there! It has also helped to keep him more active. All the additional events are geared to keeping my fur baby a happy boy!
My wife and I have really enjoyed the flexibility on overnight stays in that we don’t often need to do daycare for our pup, but are still welcome and allowed to request boarding services when we travel. We have not had that same experience elsewhere.
The staff are always welcoming and excited to see our little man and that definitely makes drop off a bit easier on the soul.
We also love that we can check the cameras. We love to spy on our guy while we’re away.

We really appreciate how personable everyone iat Dogtopia in Rock Hill. The personal attention that you give to the dogs is so great. Our Dollie really Ioves it and we are glad she is so happy there and also that we can watch her on the video!
