Dogtopia has the best and kindest staff in LIC!
They are always extremely flexible when scheduling and so personable. They know who my dog is when we walk in the door (as a dog who only gets groomed 4x a year) they know exactly how to handle and address my anxious/nervous pup the second we walk in the door ๐ฅฐ
Could not recommend them enough!!
They are willing to take in our dog at the last minute. I called in the morning if they can take our dog for daycare for that day and they had no problems taking him for the day. Our dog is always happy to go there and comes home tired!
the cost of the extra treats is a bit of a stressor. But otherwise, our dog loves it!

Odie recently stayed at Dogtopia, and I can honestly say we will never do traditional boarding again! The fact that he wasnโt just sitting in a kennel all day made such a huge difference for us. He was able to spend his days playing, socializing, and getting plenty of exercise, which is exactly what we wanted for him while we were away.
I love the whole concept of Dogtopia. Supervised playgroups, dogs matched based on their size and play style, plenty of activity during the day, and the ability to check in through the webcams. It gave us so much more peace of mind knowing Odie was actually having fun instead of just waiting for us to come home.
He came home happy, tired, and clearly had himself a little vacation of his own. ๐ After seeing the difference between this and regular boarding, Dogtopia is absolutely where Odie will be staying from now on. Highly recommend!
The staff is friendly and caring. My pet likes to go play with her friends. The Rovers are attentive.

I find that there is a strong smell of urine. It was not like that years ago. I don't know if it has happened over time?
Also, retuning collars when picking up. A lot of times we have to go back and pick it up after we have already left. We try to remember to ask now.
This is a fun place for my dog to go to. The staff are very well trained and are present all the time

My dog was comfortable and communication was great
Every time I checked the cameras, the attendants were on their phones. We did not receive our bedding back after being told it was being washed when we picked up our dog.
When I was watching the live feed, on my dogs first day, the employee was ignoring the dogs who were seeking attention.
She grabbed a broom to sweep something, and mildly shood the dogs away with the broom.
The worst part was when she grabbed two stainless steel bowls and started banging them together. My dog doesn't like loud noise.
My dog was timid when I took her there after the meet and greet, which means she didn't feel comfortable there.
She is not generally a timid dog. She loves everyone and everything.
It might be a fine place for others, but it was not suitable for me or my dog.
Excellent staff! They show my dogs lots of love. I am sure of their safety.
From the ease of scheduling to the amazing staff, I never worry about my dog when I board her at dogtopia. I know sheโs safe and well taken care of! Iโve been using dogtopia for about 6 years now and Iโve never had a bad experience.

He comes home absolutely exhausted from socializing but mostly because of the napping. The staff here is truly the heart of the business and they take such amazing care of our pups. Management, please take care of this incredible team and pay them wellโthey deserve it! 10/10 would pay for his premium naps again

Our young cattle dog has been going to Dogtopia since he was 4 months old. Dogtopia gives him an outlet for his abundant energy, opportunity to socialize with other dogs, and reinforcement of his home training by caring staff.

Raider had a fun time playing with other dogs at Dogtopia. He came home tired and fell asleep early in the evening.
