I love that the staff loves our dog and treats her like part of their family. Our dog is beating down the down door to get inside in the morning and is so genuinely happy to see them.

Disappointment: Pricing is confusing online, so I called to make the Spa appointment to groom my 32lb French Bulldog. I was specific about the services I wanted. They did additional services - but did finally adjust the price. So, based on that after being told they would honor the same price to do my 22lb French Bulldog the following day. When I picked her up, the charge was about $5 more than the day before. I won't be bringing them back.
What can you do: make prices clear. If the charges are by weight then state that - along with the prices. Set prices by services commonly done for grooming - bath and nail trim seem normal.
What was good: The guy who did the actual grooming was very personable and did a great job.
I suspect that this is a franchise operation and I am not confident that this survey response will benefit anyone.
Flexibility. Staff
That you allowed my Shih Tzu to were his cone during nap and night time as recommended by my vet. That when I requested he be in play time with the smaller more relaxed dogs you complied with my wishes. I love that you have a web cam where I check in and see him during play time. He was obviously happy when picked up by my daughter.
The front desk staff are awesome! Always make Loki feel welcome and help him overcome his sudden last minute fears!
Staff is very friendly and they take great care of my dogs. They always have fun things going on for them. I know my pups are in great hands!
Everyone is friendly, polite, professional and all seem to enjoy interacting with the pets.
The staff is incredible. I love how they always plan activities for the dogs and most importantly, my dog loves to go there. That tells me he enjoys it and trusts his caregivers.

The staff are caring...Last minute we had to board him a few weeks ago he couldn't stay at the house we had set up because of another dog living there..Vet said no other dogs because they could lick his wound He had an open sore on his hip and was in a cone...They went out of their way to clean out a spot for Cooper to play in. I try to get him there at least once a week because he loves it so much!! He's also gotten baths there..
Everyone is so friendly. Our pup instantly fell in love with it there. He gets so excited when we pull up. Helps get all his crazy puppy energy out and makes him such a good boy at home.
Absolutely everything! The ladies at the front desk are friendly and my pups love going! Had a wonderful boarding visit as well!

Every single staff member I met was so professional and genuine. Facility was exceptionally clean and inviting. Video access offered reassurance. After just one glance of the play room I could see he was happy and well cared for.
Very happy with the day care but would be hesitant to board overnight since there is no staff on premises overnight. I would not leave my dog in my own home alone overnight so I would not feel comfortable leaving her alone to board. Otherwise all the staff I’ve encountered is very friendly and all seem to really love the dogs . Also place is clean and I love that you can check in on the webcam.
