The staff is extremely professional. And it fascinates me that they can remember the dog's names.They may not remember my name but they know who my dog is. They are kind they are compassionate. And my gizmo loves it.
I love Dogtopia in Belden/Canton! No matter who is working, they know my dog’s name by heart and get so excited when he walks in. I’ve done the daycare and the standard boarding along with the works grooming. No issues every time! My dog is comfortable walking in there and it truly is a welcoming environment with people who care for your pup!
I love that I can check in on the webcams to see that my dog is doing well. The staff is caring and friendly!
Didn't get any feedback on how my dog did or what she ate when I picked her up after a boarding weekend. Felt like I was being rushed out the door. And the person who checked me out wasn't even paying attention to me.
We love the daycare for days we are busy, and our dog Pepper, appears to love it too!

Love Dogtopia and really appreciate the flexibility, however the prices are high - similar to what it costs to put a child in daycare for an entire day. Would love to see discounted prices or sales

Prices are high and recent increase has me looking for a new daycare.
I feel sometimes dogs are in their kennels longer than what I was told as far as lunch 12 to 2 nap. Cameras don’t always show that.

All of the staff are friendly, professional, and clearly love the animals they care for. The staff are well trained and know what to do. Our Daisy is a loved family member and we won't just let anyone care for her when we are not around. I have full confidence in Dogtopia to care for her just like we do. I like that we can watch her on the web-camera when she is playing with her friends. Well done Dogtopia!
