Love the amount of social time Zeus had with the other dogs! It's just what I was hoping for.
A trained team member was always in the room with them watching and interacting. Everyone there was very informative and nice. We'll be back soon!
All the staff knows my dog. They let me know when she is feeling “ off”
It was easy to get in and make an appointment. My dog slept so well that night and didn’t bark as much. The employees after super nice and friendly. I was impressed of how clean it looked and smelled! No doggie scent, no cleaning agent scent, no fur anywhere….the place was immaculate! But the absolute best was being able to look on our phone and see our dog playing. It made the separation anxiety with the kids so much better when they could tune in and see what our fur baby was doing.
Staff were patient and kind with our nervous pup, Chloe. We will definitely be bringing her back fir regular visits!
I like how the staff makes you feel important and they try their best to remember who dog is who. They care for the dogs like their own and want to make sure each dog is comfortable and happy.

Transparency or prices, knowledgeable and super friendly staff, schedule of play and mandatory nap time (perfect for my puppy), boarding options, monthly events, everything! I do wish there was a weekly wellness package for half days. But I will always recommend Dogtopia to anyone. Thank you for being so kind to my little girl!

Wasn't happy that I had to pay for a re-evaluation. Especially since I wasn't told I would have to pay for anything. You should also tell your customers that they have to come once every 12 months to avoid that. $25 dollars for a 5 min visit is crazy. Hence why I was surprised she said it would be $25 for the visit. To make things right, I would like a refund for the re-evaluation visit as a courtesy.

Caring and friendly staff!
Super organized, all the staff were so friendly, the meet and greet and evaluation felt very safe. They explain everything to you right up front and it’s an open book. I got to watch my pup playing with the other dogs. They have a lot to offer, not just daycare!
The staff is amazing - always friendly, helpful and so loving with our dogs. My dog starts whimpering 1/2 mile before we get there, he is so excited. I particularly love the fact they have webcams so I can see that he is having fun.
My dog gets to interact with other dogs
The webcams are great I have a very small pup and it’s important for me to check in on him while he’s there. I love the attentive staff. I also like that it’s a clean secure environment for our pup to play in. The activities scheduled are adorable and I love getting surprises when we pick him up. I do wish more small dogs were in the toybox but hopefully in time the word will get out about how awesome Dogtopia of Apopka is!
Everything
Great for Beau to socialize with the other doggies. The staff have been great and do their best to make him feel at home and have fun. Thank you kindly for that. He was a 2year old rescue dog when we got him and it is hard to train him to socialize, he was left in the dark most of the time and scared but now he is very happy with a loving family.
The compassion that they gave toward all of the dogs.

The booking a day or days for my dog to go to daycare is not available on the app or website. The webcam also does not work as well.
Dogtopia of Applewood is wonderful! Our Doodle, Howard, absolutely loves being there. Everyone is so caring and loving towards all the pups and nothing is too much trouble to ensure that they are happy and well cared for. It’s also a great bonus to be able to check in via webcam to see what our pup is up to during the day. We couldn’t be more pleased and grateful for all their care.

I just get automatic payments taken out but it doesn't detail what I am paying for....
Well organized - I just have had one small issue that has happend twice in the last half-year ,,, my dog Jesse is an escape artist from every kind of harness that i bought ,,, he is only secure using a 'choke chain' -- i was told that the choke chain and his collar with tags is removed before placed in the play area, which is fine with me - BUT - the dog handler MUST put the 'choke chain' on properly before putting him back into the lobby handing me the leash -- he is so 'smart' he will back-out if not properly put onto him -- that happened 3x at the Northville Dogtopia and the reason I moved to the Plymouth location. Main Reason I gave a 9 rating because you do NOT have a big turnover of personnel. All personnel treat me with respect and WELCOME me whan I arrive and PLAY with Jesse (He is so happy to be dropped off, even though only 50# when we exit the SUV he is 'dragging me' to the front door. Keep up the Great Work!

It's not to expensive. The staff love's animals. The facility is clean from what I can see. The web cam is great when it works.
