The staff is friendly, caring, and knowledgeable about dogs. We also like that our dog is playing with other dogs most of the day, rather than being left alone in a crate.
Very knowledgeable about dog behavior. Extremely supportive in explaining how they view my dogs and what they need. Always available to answer questions. Seem to really understand who my dogs are & their personalities.

I like the staff and how well and clean the facilities were and how they took very good care of mt fury buddy.
They have done everything to make my dog feel comfortable. I love the pictures, events, and the way my dog feels before and afterwards

The Dog People at Dogtopia that take care of our Fur Babies, are kind, attentive, and really care for our dogs.
I think you guys are absolutely great. The only thing that is a little upsetting the last time I boarded my dog. You guys had the cameras off on Sunday and every time he's been there in the past we've been able to have access to them on Sunday. I guess I just don't understand whether they're boarding or daycare why? We can't have access to them as it's just more a good feeling to know that you can see them so that be the only thing. The staff is great! Customer service is great. My dogs love it there.

We completely understand wanting to check in on your dogs while they’re boarding. Our webcams are intended to be available during daycare hours only, per Dogtopia’s company-wide policy. In the past, the Sunday access was actually due to a camera setting error that has since been corrected by corporate.
We know the cameras can provide extra peace of mind, so we definitely understand the disappointment. We truly appreciate the feedback and are very glad overall that you’ve had positive experiences with our staff and care!

All of the employees are super nice and accommodating.
They do a great job taking care of Axl and Atlas. I feel very comfortable when I go out of town and don’t have to worry about my dogs at all.
Really like that they can help with baths and trim their nails (I do a really horrible job).

Very caring about the dogs and they will let you know if any issues arise which I think is great because I’d rather be informed of what’s going on than not at all.
The staff are wonderful. Hours, grooming and boarding are also great!
Lately, things have been going downhill. (1) I get double charged for photos because I have two dogs, but only receive one print; (2) I constantly ask that my dogs not be sprayed because they have allergies and they keep getting sprayed; (3) I was charged for DayCare because we did an overnight. I should have only been charged an overnight fee because we had a Daycare unused; (4) My dogs now come back thirsty and looking like they have not been given anything to drink in a while.

Friendly and attentive to my dog’s needs while in their care
My daughter used Dogtopia for her dog and she loved it, so I tried it. My dogs love going as well and bark like crazy in the car as we near Dogtopia to drop them off for a fun filled day of play. As inflation rises all costs go up and I find I am not as able to send my three dogs as frequently as I was able to do prior.
Would love to see a value package as it gets very costly to bring multiple dogs in but if I were able to purchase 40 to 50 visits at a time I am hoping it would reduce the price per visit if purchased at one time.
*Staff is always friendly and welcoming and genuinely happy to see everyone's pet!

They always fit me in for an appointment at the time I need. ALL of the staff are always welcoming and truly great with my dogs and work around their peculiarities.

Duncan seems to really enjoy it! He's so pooped after I pick him up. Jordan and Destiny have been so kind and helpful. I can tell they have a high commitment to service standards! And they genuinely seem to care about each dog and owner that comes there.
Some You is always available to greet Bello. You know my dog. Bello is treated well. Staff is very receptive to questions, concerns, etc.
ALWAYS greeted with friendliness! Communication is excellent! My dog comes home happy and exhausted! The app makes it so easy to schedule appointments!
I love the comfort of knowing that my pup is at a place that he feels loved and a place that he loves to go.
