Maybe lessen the amount of dogs to one employee, my dog was in the toy box room
And there were so many dogs the employee couldn’t even catch other dogs trying to jump my dog or maybe they just didn’t care
I think the dogs need more interaction with staff as far as stimulation so they are not so bored walking in circles. Also outside area is needed
The people that work there are wonderful and they take good care of my dog!

I appreciate the friendly staff, the "brain games" and special treats, the convenience of being able to have my dog groomed at Dogtopia, and the ability to see my dog on screen in the reception area. Very convenient that Dogtopia's hours are 7 AM to 7 PM most days.
We love taking our pup to Dogtopia, they are so kind and understand and respect his big personality.

Loki always loves to play with his friends at Dogtopia. Staff is well trained to take good care of all their dogs. A themed calendar of special days and fundraising to support service dogs make Dogtopia stand above other doggie daycare centers. Prices are right too.
I like everything about Dogtopia in Fairfax City. The staff are exceptional. They make sure that the dogs are cared for and the owners are happy. it is like a family experience.
Friendly staff and ease of use are the things that stand out to me. It is very convenient and we appreciate the cameras that allow us to check in on our dog.

Everyone there is so friendly and the place is clean. I like that there are doggy cams that I can check on her during the day! There is great communication between the coaches and me and the best thing is my dog gets so excited on the drive there and so exhausted on the way home so I know she had a great day!

I love knowing that my puppy will be taken care of with consistency. Staff are very responsive to any concern I have. Dogtopia has been a lifesaver for my energetic puppy.

Last day of daycare was very disappointing. Dogs were crated up for nap time by 11:30, not let out earlier, so almost a 3 hour nap. Watching the cameras in the room, much bigger dogs dominated the play space of the small dog room. They didn’t attack the smaller dogs, but their size and rough play had the small dogs hiding out in the corners. My dog came out stressed, but not tired. Manager on duty downplayed my concerns, told me the coach in the room said my dog was not bothered by the big dogs. Viewing on the cameras and my dogs reaction after tell me picking him up early was the right call.

I can’t rave about this place enough!!! The staff has been unbelievably amazing and it’s very clear how passionate they all are about loving on all the pups while in their care. The tour was very thorough and all of their plans were very clearly explained. I will absolutely be recommending Dogtopia to everyone know!!!
