Regarding our weekend hours, they have remained consistent since the opening of our store. However, I understand that you may have specific needs or requests, and I'm more than happy to discuss any accommodations that would better suit your schedule.
As for our playroom cameras, they operate on a wifi-based connection, which may cause occasional flickering depending on the strength of the signal. Please rest assured that we keep our cameras active during all business hours, with the exception of brief intervals during the dog's lunch times. We are actively exploring solutions to improve our connectivity and ensure uninterrupted coverage.
I'm delighted to hear that Watney enjoyed his last stay with us, and we're looking forward to welcoming you both back soon!

The reservation process is seamless and the team is very quick to respond/confirm.
I like that I can check in on the pups via video. Especially with our new rescue pup, it allows me to see how she is interacting and if she seems stressed.
The team always knows our pups and can share tidbits about them. It is hard not to love dogs, they are wonderful, but to know that the dogtopia team genuinely loves dogs makes us feel better when we are away.

I buy the five-day pass and get some complimentary visits as well - Dogtopia is always ready to welcome Moonie so this offers great flexibility. the staff are super friendly, and Moonie has a great time - so overall I am very happy with Dogtopia

I brought my dog in for a meet and greet so he could attend day camp. I told the girls at the desk that my dog was a rescue and that he was hyper and was very nervous. I was told by the girls working that they would take and put him in a room with other dogs and introduce him to one at a time and possibly there would be a total of 3 total. As you know there was a camera on the room and when I was watching there were between 10-12 dogs already in the room. I kept watching the screen looking for my dog but never saw him at all. Next thing I knew a girl came from the back and said that he nipped at the other dogs and at one of the handlers so they wouldnât accept him. I believe that my dog was overwhelmed being in with all those dogs so he reacted. The reason I brought him was to get him socialized with other dogs but how can that happen unless thereâs some patience used to socialize. The girl who told me that he wasnât accepted did offer to try again but I believe it would have been the same result if there were so many dogs right at the beginning so I declined!
Warm friendly employees and positive interactions
Everyone is very kind, gentle and shows they really care about my dog. When I bring my dog weekly they always remember his name and greet him right away without hesitation.
You can tell the owner at this location truly loves animals, holds her staff to a high expectation and they all seem to have fun and work together as a team. I love this dogtopia location and I am so glad I started bringing my dog toby there.

Everyone was incredibly friendly. Facilities seemed immaculate. My dog was exhausted and I assume it was because she had so much d fun.

Due to the facility type and location, it may be impossible, but some outdoor time would be an awesome outlet for dogs.
I love the webcams. Watching our pup wag his tail and have fun helps know he is in good hands.
