The drop off and pick up times are convenient. Love the video feed.

On weekends, allow dogs of all sizes to play together vs isolating dogs by themselves.

The staff truly loves the dogs and my Frenchie always is excited to go to Dogtopia in Downtown Columbus.
The genuine bond staff has nurtured with my dog. I feel relieved that I don’t have to worry about Winston when he’s in Dogtopia care. When arriving my dog greets staff like they’re family, jumping, licking, the wiggles, he’s truly happy to see them. When checking in, he walks off with them like I never existed. He doesn’t even tell me good bye. When I pick him up, I can tell he’s had a good day. It took 2 months of consistent attendance to get to this point. He’s never ever been this trusting and secure with anyone outside of family. He has found his tribe.
Dogtopia fort Myers is clean, the staff is always friendly, and you can tell they really care about the dogs. Also, my dog Blue loves going there.
Very Friendly and caring staff, very clean playrooms and easy to schedule.
I gave this score because Dogtopia is quite expensive compared with other daycare options, and the overall experience feels unnecessarily bureaucratic and not very flexible. There seem to be additional charges for almost everything, which makes the service even more costly. I would appreciate more flexibility, simpler policies, and more transparent and inclusive pricing.
The staff is very friendly and seem to love animals. This facility is extremely clean and does not have a nasty smell.

Your employees are great
Everyone I came in contact was extremely friendly helpful it made me feel very comfortable handing over my dog for the first time once I got her from Sarah the Groomer I was more than pleased, exceeded my expectations of how she was groomed. The only downfall I do feel like it’s a little more expensive than I have paid in the past for other groomers, but to get the service and the pleasant surroundings, cleanliness, professional, and friendly people it’s worth it !!! thank you so much deborah Last name removed
When I called for the price the girl told me $80 a night, didn’t mention I had to pick up by a certain time or would be charge for a daycare price on top of it. I was surprised and disappointed when got the $146 bill at the end. I emailed the owner and she said she’ll talk to the staff but in no way made it “right” for being told the wrong thing.
They take good care of my dog. Staff very helpful
