Great staff
The moment my dogs get out of my car they rush to go inside , the employees are always happy to see them again and greet them as if they were part of their family . My dogs run to the door ,they can’t wait to go play with their friends . They don’t even look back at me .

When I board our dog i wish I could get a report on how he did. It’s nice to be able to watch the webcams but a human description of his stay would be nice.

Love the camera. That put me at ease, but the hair in my dog was VERY VERY thick and I was having a hard time working with him to do a brush out the way that would make a difference. He looked soooo good when I picked him up. The person that worked with him did a great job.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They go out of their way to care for the fur babies. My lab is excited to go every time. I also appreciate the support they provide to me as a parent. They never seem annoyed by questions and are happy to help. The owners and managers are top notch!

Very impressed with Dog-topia from the moment I walked in with my dog. Everything was explained. The place was very clean. The monitors in the reception area allowed viewing of all the dogs, who were having a lot of fun. The schedule was great and flexible. I highly recommend Dog-topia.

Excessive timeouts. Train staff to better observe and handle behavior that can reduce the amount and length of time the dog end up in crate in timeout. Timeouts don't help burn energy.
Friendly employees and dogs appear to be well taken care of.
We are absolutely impressed with Dogtopia! Everyone is so friendly and made us feel completely comfortable leaving our young pup in their care. Being able to watch the cameras from our phone gives us the ultimate peace of mind. We would highly recommend Dogtopia to any pet parent!
Jackie does a very good job when grooming our pups. We have been very happy with her.
