It’s a very friendly Staff. My dog is an elderly lady and she seemed enthusiastic about spending the day there.
Everything - but need better real time viewing (Dog Cam)
Compassionate, friendly employees who welcome my pup with a smile. In the first few months, she got puppy warts and kennel cough and got diarrhea and vomited from pup cups and for some reason can't see her on the web cams the few times I've checked but I appreciate the last minute drop offs when I have an emergency. She seems to be exhausted when she returns so I hope she has friends and is active while there.

Staff is welcoming and answers questions quickly. The facility is well-maintained and clean. I love that I can watch my pup via webcam.
We have been very happy with our experience here overall. The staff is friendly and caring, and our dogs seem to enjoy their time at daycare, which is very important to us.
The one area I would really like to see addressed is the bathroom arrangement during very hot weather. I completely understand and appreciate not taking the dogs outside when temperatures aren’t safe for them. However, on those days the dogs are allowed to potty inside the facility. I do wish there were another solution, such as a designated turf or protected potty area, that would continue reinforcing the idea that going to the bathroom indoors isn’t appropriate.
Especially with younger dogs who are still developing good habits at home, consistency with house training is important. Finding an alternative for hot-weather potty breaks would make an already good daycare experience even better for us.
Polite, friendly staff. Always willing to give extra care to our dog, Riley, when we board him, giving him medicines etc. He is always excited to go back on each trip
Would love to see more active play for larger dogs like actual pool and possible individual rooms with TVs and playmates. I know you need more land and space for these things but the social interaction and play they need does not happen inside a kennel.

Love love love Dogtopia and the staff! They are friendly and my girl runs in the door to play! I have boarded and used the spa services and they are all great.
I went out of town on a cruise for a week and had my sister in law watch my Sandy. She took him into Dogtopia every day before work until the last day. She asked if there was somewhere else she could take him. She said she watched the cameras very closely throughout the day and that there was another dog that would not stop humping Sandy and the employee did not do anything about it and was barely paying any attention. I’ve never had any issues but I also do not watch the cameras as closely as I should.

I find Brooklyn and the rest of the staff to be concerned about my dog, offer suggestions about little things that they notice about my dog. I feel I can relax knowing he's in a kind nurturing place.

Everyone is absolutely amazing! 🐾💛 The staff make it feel like I’m dropping Giorgio off at a friend’s house for a fun little playdate. Since I work overnight, knowing I have people I trust taking care of a very important part of my family while I get some much-needed rest gives me such peace of mind. 🥰
The added bonus of the webcams is amazing too—I love being able to sneak a peek at what Giorgio is up to throughout the day! 😂
And of course, Giorgio does his part by helping support Dogtopia’s mission to provide service animals to veterans. Between that and all the fun weekly events, Giorgio (and let’s be honest… really me 😂) is always excited to see what’s coming up next! 🐶💙
Unfortunately the last two visits my dogs have come home sick. Once was boarding and the other was day care...two different dogs. I did call and share, but the staff didn't seem concerned, nor did they follow up. I don't think we'll be coming back, but appreciate the care that's been taken in the years we've visited. Best of luck.

Dogtopia Short Pump always smells fresh & clean when I walk in the door.
I have great comfort that my dogs are being well cared for when at daycare. The staff know my dogs by name. My super duper hyper Aussiedoodle pup is learning to play well with all dogs and respect boundaries of dogs when they correct her. The staff are good to give he a break when she’s overwhelmed by others.
Our dog was happy to go and was well taken care of both for daycare and boarding. We liked that we could have webcam access to check on him while we were away and see that he was having a great time.
Very pleased with Carlie’s haircut! All the staff were very nice and professional. Would definitely refer others to Dogtopia Maplewood.

Friendly staff ! Sweet to the dogs!!
Everything about what I have experienced so far. We are new, but my furry baby Shadow seems to enjoy it and I like the fact I can see her on my phone. Everyone there has been helpful and friendly. We will be planning an overnight soon.
