Love the care shown to our dogs;
While I understand them, I don’t care for the dogs being put in crates. It’s too much like a shelter, which can be traumatizing you’ve gotten a dog from a shelter. I definitely would not board my dog there for that reason.
As new attendee would have liked an actual report on how our dog was. Good or bad. Did he eat, sleep, drink, etc. something for the first couple visits would allow for a better understanding of whether this works or not.

Staff is very helpful and welcoming to Ella and me. I appreciate the Webcam services as well as the hours available for Ella to have daycare.
Your service and how well the dogs are treated are wonderful. I am so happy to find a excellent place to take Teddy for daycare and boarding. You all are so respectful and careful with the puppies. I thought the place in Oregon was good but not even close to your quality of taking care of the puppies. And Teddy is so tired at the end of the day. I can't even imagine why anyone would not bring their puppies to Dogtopia in Fort Myers, FL.
Easy to book an appointment. Very clean facility. Someone is in the room at all times with my puppy. Good prices. Friendly staff. My pup is very comfortable when staying there and not upset when she comes home. I like being able to check on her with the video cam.

the thing I LOVE among many things is the fact that they memorize the dogs and their names. When you come in the front door they will immediately say something like, "Hello Sprout" or "Oh, we just love Sprout." They make you feel like they love my dog as much as I do and I'm sure they do love all dogs or they wouldn't work there. My Sprout loves going to play time and boarding and I'm very confident leaving him in these great employees care!
This was our first visit but won’t be our last. Carrie the groomer did an outstanding job on our standard poodle and we are very picky! Great job Dogtopia!
All of the staff are so caring. We have a senior dog we’ve been taking to Dogtopia since she was a puppy.
We had a very bad experience with another place. The only reason we took her somewhere else was because Dogtopia was full.
I would recommend them to anyone.

We brought our very rambunctious puppy to Dogtopia in hopes of her getting her energy out and socializing with other dogs. The staff at Dogtopia were so welcoming and gave me a very informed tour while they evaluated our Frankie. She passed with all A+’s and had her first day of play on Monday. She came home a very exhausted but happy puppy!!! Watching her in the Webcams was amazing and gave us confirmation that we did the right thing! She has been four days this week and is a much different Frankie than on Monday :). We highly recommend Dogtopia!!
We've enjoyed the caring staff that is attentive and helpful to our pup while she enjoys daycare instead of being stuck at home.

The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They know the dogs individually and I think they really care about them.
Staff is very friendly and have been chosen by the Brandon, the manager, for their genuine animal carrying traits.
The Westmont Station Dogtopia is very interactive with it's clientele, holding special event days and incorporating photos and treats. This just isn't a place to drop your dog off at. They take the time and lead the dogs around the Gym for exercise and pack training. Well thought out business plan.
We also appreciate the availability of spa services if we need those services. In addition, our dog loves the lunches. I can definitely pack his lunch but it's worth the extra cost. We appreciate these extra services.
Milo, who is a very timid boy and anxious at times, has grown very fond of all the staff at the Herndon Dogtopia. He runs right up to them and gives them kisses, where in most encounters with other people, he hides behind me. Dogtopia Herndon has become Milo's second home. Thank you for the spoiling of Milo and for open communication channels.
Customer service, friendly employees , how they enter the act with my ferry pet. Different activities they prepare to have fun with them. Most important how they have fun with her (Sparkles) her name

Charley was not cut the way I asked. He was cut way too short. He has been shaking since I picked him up.
We love everything about Dogtopia! They take such amazing care of our fur baby. He gets so much love and attention when he’s there and loves to play with his BFFFs. The team at Dogtopia are such incredibly kind and positive people. They’ve become a big part of our family and I can’t praise them enough!
