We were introduced to Dogtopia by our son’s friend Trenton (he is at the Longwood location). We decided to check out the location near us in Winter Park and it has been amazing. Felt so welcome and cheerful. We checked out dog in at location on Alafaya and we met Riley and what a great staff. He checked our dog in effortlessly (checked our vaccination, meet and greet as well as informed us to download the apps ao we can see our puppy on the webcam). Our first dog day care is free after meet and greet. Our puppy loves it. We decided to treat our puppy for a spa. She smells so fresh and her nails all trimmed. In addition, It was fun to see our puppy on the webcam while we are not with her. I would take our puppy back again for sure. Thank you.

Friendly staff, when I hand over the leash, my dog takes right off and never looks back, while I should be jealous, I know she’s comfortable and in good hands!
Everyone was so, so kind and professional. There were some initial issues on my end signing my dog up, but they were patient and extremely gracious. Would happily recommend them to anyone in the area and would happily bring my dog back. Great employees!
The staff is so friendly and really love my sweet dog Wookie! I never worry when I am away cause I know Wookie is getting the best care ever❤️🥰❤️

Very disappointed, Domino had a gash on his nose that nobody seems to know what happened! He also smelled again!! Not sure what has happened to the great service there but things have definitely changed!

Dog seemed happy on the webcam and tired when picket up. Would like to have a service where they are taken outside during longer boarding stays.
What I is GREAT about Plymouth Dogtopia - in No Particular Order
1 - I am always greeted with a SMILE when dropping off my 'best friend' !
2 - My best friend PULLS me into the reception area == I immediately know he wants "IN"
3 - The business is 'well-managed', plenty of STAFF (Ready to take my friend to the play area)
4 - On Pick-up at 3pm, I seldom need to wait 5 minutes
5 - The staff knows my name and wishes me a Great Day once my friend is taken away
6 - The staff knows my dog's name, mainly because he is friendly and gives kisses - just ask him
If I could implement a 'change' : Senior Discount for Owners over 65 (I am 79)
There are a few incidental compaints over past 2 years, but all have been addressed quickly!
BEST OF ALL - Dogtopia now has a TEXT Phone Line to request any changes needed.
Your employees are the best
