The staff is very conscientious and caring when caring for my dog, Baker. This means alot, especially when my husband and I are traveling and we don't worry about him.
They do such a wonderful job here and they always make sure your dogs are getting the best care. What I like about the customer service here is they always listen to you and always do their best to follow through. They keep in constant contact with you and will always send pics to you while your little furry one is at daycare.
Latte loves coming here because she feels so comfortable with each and every one of them and know that when she comes here she will always be taken care of no matter what.

I was in town for UAB’s School of Optometry graduation and needed a place for my poodle, Louisa. The first time I made an inquiry, Destiny answered all my questions and told me all of the protocols and procedures to bring my poodle for daycare. The facility was wonderful, all the staff friendly and helpful and best of all, Louisa was cared for and she loved it!! Thanks to Destiny and staff!

The staff at Dogtopia are top notch. They truly care about my dog and are so positive and caring.
I feel so comfortable leaving my dog for the day or for an extended stay.
Friendly staff who seem knowledgeable about dogs. Can see the pet is doing fine with the camera. Have been impressed with the people in with the dogs and how they handle situations if one dog seems to be bothering another.
Staff is friendly and every member is a true dog lover. I have a very energetic,overly excited and vocal Brittany.
The staff always greets him with love, hugs and belly rubs. My boy can be mischievous, and is redirected appropriately. It is clear the staff is knowledgeable in dog behaviors and how to appropriately correct or redirect. Love the staff at Oldbridge dogtopia
Considerate care . My pup can’t wait to go and is happy and tired when he comes home . His weekend stays have gone very well too !
Think if a dog shares a cage with another dog there should be a discount applied. No sure the dog wash does a complete job and really scrub...especially around the face.

My dog has such a fun day there and he gets tired out playing so much!! Stark seems so happy when he goes!! he’s such an active dog that he needs it. Such Great staff. Great hours. I love that they provide food for the dogs and the grooming is amazing. :)

Great work taking care of Inconceivable Princess Buttercup and helping load her into the car after I had surgery. You folks do good work and she feels comfortable with your staff and facility.

This is the second time you’ve had her and you gave her a bath which I paid for but never ordered or authorized. I only approved her nails getting trimmed and Dremeled.
They are very nice & care about our fur babies.
My dog was there this week. Came home smelling and soaking wet! We have asked several times for her not to get wet when she is there because she is never dried off properly and she smells. No one came to the front desk. I was waiting in the lobby for a while over six minutes. I had to go outside and yell over the fence for someone to come to the front desk.
Services always accommodating and Leo always comes back happy.
