The staff is so friendly and welcoming! Brandon made Maizey and I feel so comfortable coming in as new clients. Its been so great picking my pup up from day care after work and she falls straight to sleep. The staff at Dogtopia Las Colinas really cares about each dog’s wellbeing and it shows! Thank you!

The disappointing incidents we have experienced all concern one particular coach/trainer at the location. Because of prior experiences, we now make a point to check the cameras before bringing our dog in.
The last specific incident that caused significant concern occurred on either December 22 or 23. I was in Paris at dinner when I observed, via the live cameras, this coach allowed my dog to eat feces. I understand some dogs exhibit this behavior and mine is a mill rescue, so unsure his past or what caused this behavior to develop. We are actively working to correct it at home, but I watched her pull out a baggie and stand there while he ate it. I was concerned enough that I left dinner to called from Paris.
I had previously called regarding this same coach. On an earlier occasion, I noticed my dog being crated excessively one day. I was told there was another dog he did not mesh well with, which I completely understand, as I was involved in dog rescue for years and know not every dog loves every other dog, just like humans. It was explained that my dog may have been crated more because he is easier to crate, whereas the other dog nipped when staff attempted to crate him. Once I brought this to the supervisor's attention I noticed the two dogs being rotated. I was disappointed as it resulted in my dog missing enrichment prior to me logging on and checking on him. I have offered to pick him up if this would be the case with this dog again, as he rarely needs to be there, but was assured they would work on a better rotation, which did happen that day. We didn't want to see our dog miss out or the other dog.
When speaking with staff at the location, I was given the impression that this employee had previously been an issue, though they believed matters had been addressed.
For context, my dog is a French Bulldog with high puppy-like energy, even though he is approaching three years old. He can take a moment to settle when excited, and I do not pretend he is perfect. My husband and I both work from home, and he attends daycare for enrichment and exercise, not out of necessity. He is always excited to go to Dogtopia.
I run multiple businesses myself and understand how challenging it can be to identify and retain employees who are truly invested versus those simply there for a paycheck. It is unfortunate that this one staff member’s behavior overshadows the many others we appreciate.
I value the opportunity to share this feedback and hope it is received in the constructive spirit in which it is intended.

So grateful for Dogtopia. We got their information at the levy park when they are running their special in February and we bring our Maltipoo Bodhi and he loves it . Highly recommend !!
Dogtopia daycare once or twice a week helps socialize our very active puppy. He loves his play days, and he loves the staff. On drop off days he gets so excited and greets the staff like long lost friends. Spa services are great too.
They took very good care of my 2 Sharpeis, very clean spot and all the staff had a big smile in your face to welcome you and your pet 😀 Thank you for all you do for the firulais😁
My dog has been sick since he went to dogtopia for 2 days. He enjoyed the time there. But he had diarrhea, blood in his stool etc and we had a pretty rough week
Everyone is very nice. My dog is smalll, and they take special care of him. Also, the facility is kept nice and clean.

Williams and I love everything about Dogtopia. The ease of scheduling visits, the user friendly app in general, the care in which health and safety of the dogs is prioritized, and most importantly the fun and loving staff that treats my crazy dog like family when he comes to play. I never have to worry about him when he’s with you. Thank you for providing such an invaluable service.
The staff is amazing!! It’s clean and they love all the dogs that come in!! The app has a web cam so you can watch your dog throughout the day.

The coaches treat my dog like she's their own. They plan fun activities for the pups. I love being able to take a peek and see what my fur baby is doing during the day.
We love everything about Dogtopia! Our dog, a mini-golden doodle named Owen Wilson, LOVES it so much there! He is regularly over-stimulated by his other friends there and sometimes mis-behaves, and they need to put him in "time-out" in a kennel. They do this when necessary, and then release him back out into the mix for him to learn. I believe they love and care for our little furry friend like we do. This is the BEST place for him to be when we leave town and cannot take him. These people will love your dog the way you do! The absolute greatest dog care of all time!
Everything 😊Everyone we have encountered from day one was fabulous. They took great care of our 14 year old dog Izzi. Daycare was great convenient drop off and pick up times. The overnight stays are great. I feel that their pricing is reasonable. They have cameras so you can see your dog remotely. Would watch a couple times at the start with Dogtopia, but stopped as I knew she was in a safe environment and with people that cared about her. They are great, you won’t be disappointed.
My dog loves going to Dogtopia and it is such a comfort to know he is cared for so well by people who love him as much as I do. He is always so excited to spend time at Dogtopia with his favorite people!
I appreciated the specialized care and attention for our dog, and Dogtopia’s ability to work with all breeds and natures of dogs to work towards finding the perfect level of supervision and nurturing for each individual dog. We visited the New Orleans branch from Nashville and highly recommend this location.

It’s always good day for daycare at Dogtopia l! My dog loves coming to play and comes home pooped because she had so much fun. Plus the staff, Sam especially, is always so kind and helpful.
Staff really loves dogs. Offers several activities each month and celebrates your dog's birthday. My dog loves going to dogtopia. He is a happy pup and its all due to the amazing staff.
I love the friendly staff, webcams, enrichment opportunities and the cleanliness of the play area. Quit often, when I open the webcam, I’m seeing staff members cleaning the floor, crates, and obstacles. This is very reassuring to me.
Friendly, competent personnel and a fun place for my dogs (3) to exercise and socialize with other dogs! DT also offers grooming (CJ is outstanding), overnight boarding and enrichment activities for my pups. I love all the creative activities they have to keep the dogs engaged and wonderful pictures for the dog parents!!!!
They know each dog and their personalities- I trust them to take care of my three as I would!
