Love Dogtopia! The staff is amazing and the facilities are always clean. Never have to worry about the care my dog receives when he’s there. He’s well looked after and always has a blast.

Dogtopia Golden Valley is our Doodle Charlie’s favorite place to play with his dog friends. He gets excited and starts vocalizing a block away! Recently, i encountered a severe traffic issue on my way to pick up Charlie at closing time and called Dogtopia to let them know i was blocked in behind a car crash that was clearing. The person at the front desk immediately volunteered to stay and wait for me (without charge).Although I tipped her upon arrival, I was so impressed. Dogtopia people love our dogs and definitely go the extra mile for their humans, too!
The staff are very friendly and helpful. They told me exactly what was going to happen at the meet and greet. I loved seeing all the dogs on the tv monitor, wagging, walking, greeting each other as they followed one of the ladies all around the floor. I also like that they put the dogs in crates so the dogs can regain their energy and rest for a while. They respond to the bell very quickly when I bring my dog in for dogsitting.
Staff is always friendly, and I appreciate being able to check in on the video cameras.

I really like the friendly and knowledgeable staff at Dogtopia. When you entrust your beloved pet to a daycare you want the staff to show that they really care about the wellbeing of your dog and I have complete confidence in their abilities.
My Oliver gets super excited about going to doggy daycare each week and is pretty wiped out after a day of so much fun playing with his good friends there.
Reba enjoys her time with you all. She is always tired when she gets home so she must be having fun.

Always available. I like that I can check in and see what my dog is doing. Also, I appreciate the employees. I see some of them dancing and entertaining the dogs. I think that is very sweet
Everyone is super sweet and respectful. They make my dog feel so special as soon as we walk in the door. My dog recognizes the building and gets super excited and can’t wait to walk in and meet new friends!

The service was a great from check in to pick up. They communicated while he was in boarding I like I watch him on the camera looks like he had a great time! I really like the fact that you have the option to have your pet bathed before headed home that’s a nice option we definitely will be back and the price was right! Love the staff and the cleansness of the facility
I asked for my poodle to have a very short summer hair cut, and also showed a photo, but it was left fairly long. I felt it was not worth $77. When I picked him up I told her I wanted it shorter, but she didn't offer any sort of resolution. Also the young man at the desk was not very friendly or personable. Everyone else was friendly.
I love the way Turbo is loved and cared for. He is always so excited to arrive and alwaysss taken care of.
