Easy to book and quick drop off and pick up, dogs are always happy visiting and leaving the place, staff are very friendly and love their furry friends, I would recommend this place for boarding and day cares
Very attentive front desk/reception team. Amazing coaches. Quick responses when calling. Easy to arrange holds when required. Although my puppy got kennel cough after his 2nd full day of daycare, I would still recommend it.
I like everything about my dog service everyone customer service was great! They listened and completed the things I wanted for her!
It didn’t seem like the staff was on top of anything. From getting out meet and greet time wrong, to the necessary vaccines that they got wrong, to leaving another dog unattended in the grooming area for a long time, to not knowing which dog was ours, to someone calling in a pool of blood through the walkie talkie and then trying to pass it off, I just would not trust them with my dog.

Long wait time while dropping off
I love the care my dogs received. They got so much play time and attention. Also, the facility is so well set up. also liked that my dogs were able to stay in the same suite at night. It definitely helped them to have less anxiety about not being at home.

Your staff is outstanding! Specifically Megan, Daphne, and Jacob! Maya is always in great hands at daycare and we were so grateful to board her woth Dogtopia for an 11 day stay with you while we were away! We loved the ability to see her on camera during play while we were gone and also to receive daily photos. We also appreciate the call that she was tired and taking a break, because we truly know you cared about her best interest! We love her and leaving her is the worst part of going on vacation. You made that so much easier, as we are confident she was in good and caring hands. We love the activities you do for the dogs. The bubbles and prom day were adorable! You truly go above and beyond! At pick up, Maya looked and felt so soft and clean. Thanks for grooming her! She came home tired and happy! Thank you so much for everything that each of you has done for us and for our sweet girl! She can't wait to come play again soon!

Safe and fun environment! Dogtopia does fun events weekly and my dog loves to go. He will run to the garage door if you ask him if he wants to go to daycare!
I'm a new customer, and I have nothing but good things to say so far. I gave an 8 only because of the question itself; "everyone" might not feel the same. I recognize that it's a new, small facility. There are no outdoor portions. I hope, and I think, that Dogtopia in Rock Hill will be a great fit for my dog, who isn't a super-athletic zoom machine, and also tends to get overwhelmed easily. I would tell everyone that so far, I am very impressed with the staff and the whole program, and it feels like a great fit for my dog. The webcam setup is the best I've seen so far, and that is a big plus for folks who want to see how their pet does in daycare. Cheyenne, Lauren, Nico, and the rest of the staff get "10's" from us. The "8" only means that I might not recommend it for everyone's dogs. Sadie and I are very much looking forward to our next visit!
First day was a complete success and can’t wait for our next visit!
Our two dogs get so excited when they get to Dogtopia. They know where we're headed when we are driving there. They have their dog friends and love playing with them.
Lucy boarded over Memorial weekend. She had 2 episodes of uncoordinated gait, weakness etc. Staff acted promptly to remove Lucy from group. Gave her cold water and cooler environment with a fan . On both occasions they notified me about what was going on and swift to get back to me when I called for a progress report. I am so thankful for the care they gave to my doggie girl!
