Staff is friendly, kind and listens to the needs for your pet.
My issue is the small area for too many dogs and not being taken outdoors. It seems the dogs don't play but just walk around the entire time.
Dog always has a good time and seems to look forward to coming. I like how they categorize the dogs by size for play time.
They take great care of her.
I love this doggy daycare. My pup loves it too. The workers are kind, they know my pup by name, and he never seems scared to go or quick to leave like he has been in the past at other daycares. love it here!

Wyatt loves to go and play. However, on most days when we pick him up he smells really bad, like dog urine and needs a bath. We would love to have him go play more often, but always need to plan on whether we have enough time to give him a bath.
We spend the winter in Palm Desert and Wyatt goes on a regular basis to The Villiage Pup doggie daycare. He never smells when we pick him up from here.
They greet you outside when dropping off. We love the video feed. Clean facility and dog doesn't come home with an odor.
The staff was super friendly! My dog got his first grooming appointment and they treated him very well + he looked awesome! I will definitely come back for grooming again and eventually use of other services! Special thanks to Serena and Vee!

The care in the way the staff was asking detailed questions about our pet the first time we left her there for a test.
The care and love the staff expressed to our dog, and the way they told us about her test afterwards and how our pet interacted with the other dogs.

My dog is happy when she arrives.
The staff was obviously confident with dogs which created a calm, welcoming environment . I came for a meet and greet for the purpose of future day care and boarding. The process was calm and not rushed and I got feedback on how my two dogs did. Very professional and collaborative. I look forward to bringing my dogs for future daycare this spring and summer and boarding in the fall. Excellent customer service!
