Easy to book in services, prices are fair, our pup absolutely loves the staff and space. Webcam is great to keep an eye on the dog from time to time just for fun to see how he is getting along. Always get updates if there are any concerns and they run fun events regularly which we love sending Bluey to. Overall just fantastic for ease of mind whenever we go through a busy window and know we can't give Bluey the attention he deserves for that brief time.
It often takes longer than expected to drop my dog off and to pick my dog up. Faster pick up times would be appreciated

Yona is stimulated and enjoys time with the trainers and her furry friends. I always know she’s in good hands and comes home from Dogtopia safe and happy.

Based on our evaluation of several other local doggie daycares, Dogtopia is far and away superior. We were especially impressed with the cleanliness of the entire facility. Your willingness and encouragement to tour the entire facility also helped to make us comfortable with our decision. You had nothing to hide - most competitors do not do this. We love how the rooms are kept clean and the water is changed out every 2 hours. And, we LOVED the air filtration system - great for both keeping odors at bay but also airborne illness!!

All the K-9 coaches, front desk and managers/owners are super nice & show a lot of respect for my pup! They always put the pups first to make sure each one is safe!
Convenience, location, and that my dog loves going there…and is absolutely exhausted when he gets home.
It does however appear that he is incredibly thirsty every time he comes home…and I am wondering if he gets enough water when at Dogtopia. Would also love to see longer time availability on a Saturday or a Sunday.

I love everything about the facility and the staff and i think my high energy dog had a great time on his first visit, but he played so hard the pads on his back feet were bleeding and he’s been limping for three days after his visit because of it. Through no fault of Dogtopia i just don’t know if I’ll be able to keep bringing him because he has been miserable since his visit.
It is a great place where my senior dog gets some social time and energy out with other dogs and people. She gets so excited to go to Dogtopia in the morning! The staff are caring and watch out for her as she is a little one (who thinks she is a big dog!)

Great experience setting upmaccounts and scheduling first visit. Dogs were very tired when they returned which means they had a great time.
The policy that is in place currently is that dog owners need to provide 2 emergency contact people that will be in town when the dog owner is gone.
We recently relocated to a new place ( across the country) and we don’t have 2 people to list that will be in town when we board at Dogtopia.
Recommend that there be additional services to dog owners like me, as we can’t board and travel with this policy in place. We LOVE utilizing doggie day care and grooming services, but have had to find alternate boarding places to board our dog when we travel. The current policy in place is not user friendly for people who have recently relocated to a new area.

Everyone was amazing, very friendly, caring and honest staff. Loving to all dogs and always attentive to every dog. Daisy was very happy and felt loved from everyone there.
My grandson was in the hospital and still is and you OK I had to rush there to see him from Florida. I made a call right at closing time and they were able to get my baby Zoe in the next morning and early so I would be able to get to the hospital with my grandson, this was a huge relief and my Zoe was able to play with other babies and have a great play experience. I had never used Dogtopia before but I will always use them if they’re near my location thanks Dogtopia for all that you did for my baby Zoe and Me you guys are awesome.

Excellent services by the retire staff of Dogtopia. Everyone is caring and our pup is well taken care of. Sasha loves going there. The daycare is also very clean and well maintained. Highly recommended!
Too many dogs in one room. Seemed very hectic - lots of barking.

My dog loves you guys. I love the cameras, the team, and how nice everyone is.
My dogs are happy and exhausted when I bring them home! I appreciate that we can check in on them through the cameras, and have them groomed before we pick them up. When we pull up to the building, my dogs know where we are and get so excited. I also appreciate that we can leave a blanket and their toys with them for their stay, so they have a piece of home with them while they're boarded.
Everyone I have interacted here at the cedar mill location is very nice! I trust that the people I am leaving my dog with our knowledgeable and have my dog’s best interest at heart, which is what every dog owner wants. They truly make me feel like they care, and they show that to me everyday. Prices are fair, and I enjoy having the option to have him groomed there. Overall, love the cedar mill location!
