My boston loves to come to daycare. She is able to play with her friends, get yummy treats and participate in different activities like bubbles, passport photos etc. I love the convenience of being able to get her groomed or boarded in the same place and most importantly I LOVE THE STAFF and how interactive they are with all the babies and how they know every baby by name. She is always excited when we walk in the door!

My Emery has been going to the Midvale, Dogtopia for just about one year now. She loves going to “big girl school”! The staff are amazing and attentive. I love that there are fun activities planned and that there are grooming services available.

How friendly the staff is! Knowing how safe and well taken care of Lilly is. While your dog is in their care, they will notify you if your dog seems out of sorts or not feeling well.
Stanley runs right into Dogtopia to see his favorite people and dogs. He definitely needs to go weekly to get out that puppy energy and loves it. I know he is well looked after. It is a life saver for us while we continue separation anxiety training at home.
Dogtopia is wonderful. My dog loves going there he is excited and he comes home pooped. Which is how we like it

I appreciate the transparency when another dog was sick at play care. I have another old pittie 13 at home who has cancer again and just being armed with the information that her brother was exposed to a sick dog is so helpful in keeping her healthy.

My dog has been coming here since 2023 and he is still super excited every time he goes for daycare, he truly loves it here!
I’ve had a bath scheduled for my dog during his last 3 visits while he was boarded and he never received one. After his most recent stay, I asked if he received a bath and the response was “no, it’s been a busy week.” With how much the pricing has increased, I’m not sure we’re getting that kind of value.

Rhea was very well taken care of and we got to see her though the cameras everyday. The staff was absolutely wonderful... thank you so much!
I feel like overall communication could improve. There are times where I have no idea what is going on or just looking for an update back and I have to check-in with the team multiple times to know what is going on vs. proactive communication.

The facility is nice and clean and they take such good care of the dogs.
I like that they come out to your car. Valet Service. Also, my pup is always so thrilled to come to daycare. Her little butt just wiggles when she realizes where we are going.
Everyone is very friendly, and they truly care about dogs! My dog is rambuncious, but they welcome her every time! We have left Poppy at Dogtopia several times while we are out of town, and I know she will be well taken care of - I have no qualms leaving her with this staff! They send me pictures while we are out of town, which I truly appreciate!
Great costumer service, unfortunately they do not have all the tools to cut dogs nails. My dog wiggles and cries a lot so they didn’t cut his nails.
Entire team is very friendly.
As with everything in life not all is perfect, but they do respond to my concerns and questions in a very timely manner.

Professional yet loving atmosphere different activities
I cannot say enough amazing things about Dogtopia Dogcare! From the moment we walked in, I knew Enzo, my Belgian Shepherd mix, was in good hands. The staff is not only professional, but genuinely caring and attentive. They treat Enzo like he’s part of their own family, and that means everything to me.
Belgian Shepherd mixes are high energy and need structure, attention, and patience and Dogtopia absolutely delivers. Enzo comes home happy, well-exercised, and calm, which tells me he’s not just being watched, he’s being engaged and cared for properly.
I also love how clean the facility is and how transparent they are about everything. The communication and updates give me so much peace of mind. It’s such a relief knowing that when I drop Enzo off, he’s somewhere safe, structured, and surrounded by people who truly love dogs.
If you’re looking for a place that will care for your pup like their own, Dogtopia Dogcare is it. Enzo and I are beyond grateful! 🐾💙
