Very helpful staff. Friendly environment when you walk in. Like to watch our dog on camera app while at work. Nice area's for different a activity. Staff is always ready at drop off and pickup. Love to hear staff call him by name. Feel very appreciative of the facilities and confident on leaving him with staff in their care.
I dont think my dog was given his treats. They were all there when I picked him up. He ALWAYS eats his treats! Also, the next day and every day since he has had diahrrhea in the afternoons. Maybe he ate another dogs treats?

My dog likes going there and playing with the other dogs. She also likes the people there.

To me that means its a peaceful and well controlled environment. Less stressful for our fur babies. Messing they are well taken care off.
I love how friendly the staff is and the availability to drop Milo off at 6:30am.
Our little baby loves your attention and sharing space with the many breeds of various sizes, who have a common energy level. Staff are professional & friendly. We are always welcomed, and will use your facility everytime we visit the area.
The Dogs get matched up with the correct group of playmates during their stay.
When ever I looked at my pup through the Web Cam, he would frolic about, or be hanging out
with an employees and other dogs in the parks, etc.
We had a great experience during Copper's stay.

Dogtopia has done wonders for our dog, Squid, and her social skills! She used to get super jumpy and uneasy around other dogs, but the staff here has been incredible at helping her feel secure and comfortable. The supervised playgroups, live webcams, and patient team made all the difference. She gets so excited when it’s daycare day- she does a full body wag. You can tell just from her excitement how amazing this place is. She comes home happy, calm, and well-exercised every single visit. Highly recommend to anyone with an anxious or hesitant pup

This place is awesome! The staff is great, but the owner is amazing!
Ease of use and care of the staff. I was able to watch thru the online cameras and that was very good.
We only made it through 2 days(Monday & Tuesday 8/17 & 18) of the assessment process when our young Berna doodle was not feeling good on Wednesday and Thursday and so he did not go back and no one called to check on us and then I woke up on Friday 8/21 to realizing that Socks probably had Kennel Couch and we called our Vet and took him in at 3:30 yesterday and he did in fact have respiratory issues and had to have a shot for Kennel Cough and is on 7 days of Medication. I did call the Edmond location and spoke with a young man, I believe his name was Tanner and let him know that Sock is being treating for Kennel Cough and his only exposure location is Dogtopia. We have not heard from anyone there and at this point Sock will not be retruning. I paid the $39 for the intake and it has not been a good experience, and we walked out with a Vet bill and a sick puppy.
The entire staff is very sweet and they take very good care of our dog Stella. We love how they are always looking for ways to help Stella grow and socialize with other dogs. We also love the convenience and peace of mind when we sign her up for boarding.
Staff is very nice and responsive. The one thing I don’t like is that if I don’t pay for a bath, my dog stinks really badly when I pick him up. Maybe the crates are dirty or smelly? Or just the flooring? I understand that it is a dog facility but the need for a bath afterwards is a big deterrent for me.
Everyone is TRULLY wonderful. Cooper is so excited to come. He really knows that ALL the staff cares and he responds in kins. Thanks Name removed
