LOVE Dogtopia for their fabulous staff that clearly love the dogs and takes such good, nurturing care of their well-being. Being able to watch the interactions on the web camera is a great benefit, and I enjoy seeing the foster dogs play and get good socialization. We have Texas Husky Rescue Alumni who continue to play and have boarding visits even after their time in boarding as a foster is over. That says a lot about how much we value the team and their commitment.
Dogtopia responded quickly to my on line request. Peanut was evaluated the next day. He was able to spend the rest of the day to acclimate to a new place . The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about dogs. Peanut had a great time.

On Saturday morning, Max was left alone even though only about 6 dogs were present. No encouragement was given to him to play.
I think the only drawback for me is they use the restroom indoors. I don’t think anything can prevent that. However, they think that’s ok at home. We did have an incident on our first day that wasn’t pleasing but not sure that could have been prevented either.
Very nice, great facility, team keeps you in the know of what is going on. They send pictures!

Friendliness of staff
I love how much the staff interacts with my pup when she’s there and how in tune they are with the pups while in the room. You can always tell that dogs safety and wellbeing is first priority! I also enjoy the fact they are an indoor facility! In the winter, my pup is warm and safe! And in the summer she doesn’t have to be out in the heat!
Always friendly and they seem to love our dog
Dogtopia has a responsible, reliable, competent staff who welcome each dog and take very good care of them. Staff are attentive to the dogs and their needs and provide a safe, clean environment. I've taken my dog there almost weekly for a few year and am very happy with their services. Staff is friendly and welcoming to dog owners, too!
We recently boarded Mena for an 11 night vacation. We were excited to be able to watch her on the webcam while we were away only neither my husband or I could access the webcam on our devices. That was disappointing, but what really upset us was that when we we picked her up she had a very prominent raised rash all over her hind legs and on her stomach which the staff said they hadnt noticed. The vet told us it was a sraff infection and it cost us hundreds of dollars for the visit and antibiotics (which she is still taking) lotion, and medicated dog shampoo. We were so excited to have found Dogtopia for Mena but we were really disappointed to find her in
that condition when we picked her up. There also was an overwhelming odor of urine and feces in the building upon pickup which was very off-putting.
The staff is so nice. Always get back to me with my emails. Clean facility.

Very good intake and Bowie seems to have handled his first full day just fine. Staff is great and facility is just right in terms of size and process. We are very pleased!

We take our two pups every six weeks to be groomed by Val and she does a great job. I would definitely recommend Val as a groomer.
I have also always had positive experiences with the front desk staff. Always helpful, friendly and great to work with.

I like that he didn't return to me over tired or stressed. Also he wasn't limping, which seems to occur at other facilities, no one was able to explain what happened at the other places. I also the live camera capabilities. The staff are pleasant and I like that they are always moping the floors -- whether from accidents or water. Also staff will redirect the dogs if they become "extra excited" or give a "little too much attention" to a dog. Definitely interested in enrolling in a least one day play soon.

The staff at Dogtopia are very friendly. I love the fact that I can use the webcams to look at my dogs throughout the day. And when my dog spends the day at Dogtopia, they come home so tired from their day of play.
