The staff is very conciensous
Very professional and friendly staff who get to know and care about our dog.
Thank you for the outstanding attention for our puppy while we were gone. She was happy when we picked her up and when we looked at the webcam she was always playing. Also, she didn’t smell like a kennel when we picked her up! This staff is fantastic!

Staff are friendly and know us by name, which shocked me when we had only been there twice and they see hundreds of dogs though the week! My dog seems to enjoy his time there and he is always good and tired after a day there so I know he’s getting lots of exercise and attention.

Work on your camera, it has a lot of frozen time. Also work on allowing us furry parents to see our kids on Sundays again. Thank you.
The meet and greets for my 2 (large) puppies went very smoothly. The staff was very professional, friendly, helpful and informative. I do not require regular day care and am looking for a fun play program for my dogs. The room seems to be simply intended as a holding pen, with the dogs just milling about for the day. They do seem well cared for and I have no concerns in that regard.

Every time I go, there’s a different price for my dogs grooming. “Price changes” are not disclosed, and the excuses given are just unjust.
This time I was told you changed the prices so it can be charged based on my dogs fur. First visit I was quoted $95, it actually ended up being $115. Second visit I made peace with the $115. And now third visit, I was charged $135. Cmon that’s just not fair pricing.
Our dog has fun. They are very flexible when we can bring our dog.
I like the peace of mind I have when I leave my Frenchie there. I know she will be taken care of very well! Bailey likes it too, with the opportunity to play with other dogs.

Arthur seems to really enjoy himself while he’s there and he comes home happy and worn out, and it makes me happy to know that he’s in a good place. I like the occasional daily enrichments, and all of the staff are so great. We really love it there and I tell everybody about it.
MY dog loves it at Dogtopia Longwood. The staff and hours are accomodating. He is always exhausted when he comes home.
We are very happy with the service. We’ve been here over five years went through some bumps in the road personnel exchanges, but everything is good now. K-9 coaches and managers, and Rovers are all great.
My very active Terrier comes home after boarding very tired!
I also like the option to get online and view the video stream of the dog room my dog is in.
