I know my dog is safe and the staff is caring when he is at Dogtopia. I just wish the water bowls were high on a stand so they didn’t spill because my white English cream comes home black every time. Otherwise, Dogtopia is amazing!!

Love the online app with booking capabilities and webcams to peek in on my pup! The staff are so kind every time we visit for play camp or an overnight stay. Pat was an incredible trainer and still checks in with us after graduation. The facilities are clean and well staffed. The location couldn’t be better for me.
The employees really care about my dog. Even though he’s a handful at times they still say they love him. It is obvious to me they want the best for him. It doesn’t get any better than that.
Dogtopia is truly the best! My fur baby has been going there for about 3 years, and I have never been disappointed. The staff is incredibly accommodating, thoughtful, and they genuinely treat both pets and owners like family. It gives me such peace of mind knowing my dog is always in great hands. We love Dogtopia! The canine counselors and coaches love our pets so much! Our pup loves to come to Daycare and be with his buddies and girlfriend. He never wants to leave! We are so grateful for a fun, safe, friendly place for our boy! Thank you!
The service and price are competitive, but the
staff at the DeZavala location are awesome!! You can not overstate the importance having great employees representing a business- especially a service oriented business. Their friendliness and enthusiasm truly makes the difference.

Our dog loves coming to daycare. She’s well cared for and is happy to come. She lays in front of the door waiting to go in the mornings. I love the fun activities that she gets to take part of as well!!!

I like the fact that you separate the dogs by energy level rather than size, and that they get “down time” during the day.
Often with the seasonal turn over we will end up needing to be very accommodating for the new staff as they transition. It can be frustrating to have to wait 10-15 minutes to get our pup from the room he is in during some peak times. This also goes for some front end staff who will at times change rules. Throughout the years of going here we love certain trainers, without them we would have gone to a different Dogtopia or dog daycare. Unfortunately that list has gone down significantly over the years. With it the quality of the staff has as well. Fixing the turn over at this location would be paramount to increasing the service at this location. From talking to some staff much of their turn over comes from management issues and other compounding factors. I'd speak with your tenured staff about issues they have currently before they start leaving as well.
Very convenient; friendly service and Gandalf loves it! He needs to work the energy off, and Dogtopia does that.

I can drop off my dog and know that he's in good hands. He gets super excited as soon as he realizes he's going and that is a good sign for me.

All the special occasions like prom & the Mothers Day craft. Also that small dogs are put in Toy Box group. I know my dog is getting exercise, playtime & socializing with other dogs of similar size
