I recommend this location ALL the time! Everyone is so wonderful, caring, and patient. It is the only place I trust for Allie during my work day. And, I can even take a break and have some fun on Saturdays because ya'll are open! And, when my fur baby comes home, she is happy and exhausted. I appreciate you all. I am so glad I found you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

The staff is SUPER friendly! They are the reason I send my dog to you. They truly care about my dog and I love interacting with them. Brooklyn is especially awesome!

Absolutely LOVE Dogtopia. Our dog is always very excited to go there. As soon as he gets out of the car he runs to their door. He is excited to meet the staff. Excellent staff. Very caring and compassionate
First my dog, Maui, loved coming. However in April, Maui ended up getting Kennel Cough that was going around. He could not get better, stopped eating and lost weight and was in the emergency ER several times with breathing issues. After $6,000 in vet bills and tests being ran, they discovered he had developed a secondary staph infection from it. After 3 months of antibiotics and steroids, he was finally better. I had to be out of town and I booked him at Dogtopia even though I was hesitant after how sick he had gotten but I could tell he enjoyed it so I wanted to try it again. I asked if any kennel cough had been going around and I was told no. A day or so after picking him up, I noticed weird breathing sounds coming from him. A day or so after that, I received an email saying that kennel cough was going around again. I immediately took him to the vet and they confirmed he was coming down with it again. Needless to say, Maui is back on an antibiotic and steroid for it again. This is not my first experience with boarding him. I used PetSafe for 7 years and I have never had an issue. I realize that kennel cough can go around but my vet even agreed that multiple outbreaks means something is not being taken care of at the facility. Again, I hate this and I am disappointed since Maui loves coming and playing but I will no longer be bringing him as I cannot risk his health and I cannot afford to continue to pay the vet bills.

We love all the people who work at the Garden home location. They have been so great with working with our dog Enzo on some behavior issues and Enzo just loves going everyday.
So friendly and on top of our pup's care... we truly appreciate the peace of mind Dogtopia gives us about our precious Dolly!

He has a new home away from home which he enjoys weekly and even for overnight stays when I travel for work.
He has more enrichment, friends, and physical activity than I can provide on just my own, and I feel he is really living his best life since having added Dogtopia to our routine. I can see the change at home too, his self confidence has really grown.

Very friendly, they get to know your dog's personality, and they worked well with my more "over zealous" dog.
Staff are exceptional. The facility is clean, well run and positive friendly vibes.
We have been coming to Dogtopia for over 10 years, but are probably going to look elsewhere after this last boarding. We feel this way for 2 reasons:
1) Murphy has many bloody scratches on his stomach and muzzle, some over two inches long and fairly deep. We have no idea how this happened and were not informed of an incident.
2) When we came to pick him up, there was no one there, except another couple who had been waiting for over ten minutes. This was not the issue, but there was a trembling dog in the dryer of the grooming room. The dryer was on. It seems incredibly dangerous/negligent to leave a dog tied up and under a dryer for over 15 minutes without checking on them. The employee was very unconcerned about the dog when she returned. She dismissed the dog as a “nervous Nelly” and declined my offer to wait to check out until after she checked on the dog.
I have recommended Dogtopia to everyone for years. In fact, I was talking about how great it is to the couple who were waiting. That said, I would not have said those things had I known about the dog in the dryer or the condition in which my dog would leave the facility.
The professionalism of the employees and the piece of mind that my dog is being well taken care of. The webcams are a huge plus because the kids can always see him when they want to.
Socialization with the other dogs and exercise supervised by qualified individuals who seem to enjoy their work in a safe environment.

Our fur baby seemed to enjoy himself during the meet and greet. Other than that, we have not experienced more than 1 day at the centre.
The staff is phenomenal. I’m comfortable leaving Salty here, I know he will be safe while having fun. The fun photos they do brighten my day. I can peek in throughout the day via the webcam. I just love this place!
The staff! They truly love the dogs and seem to enjoy their work. It is comforting to have the same staff/trainers with little turnover - that consistency is good for the dogs and the "parents"

Dogtopia of North Gilbert is an amazing facility! The staff is always warm and welcoming. They pamper my pup and show how much they care for him. I adore all the pictures they take and the projects the pups get to participate in. Daily treat options are so nice for spoiling my pup!
