The staff is awesome and know our dog. They take great care of him, and he is nice and tired when he comes home after all the playtime!

Everything the groomers, the watchers, the owners, the receptionist everything about Dog Topia is awesome. Latasha is my groomer and she is amazing.
We were a bit worried about dropping Ava off but she had such an amazing time!! The staff are all so friendly and you can tell they love working with the dogs. I also appreciate the webcam so I can periodically check in on her! Location and service is great too. We are excited to bring her here weekly moving forward :)

Everyone is so friendly
It is obvious by the way that we are being treated by Fairfax City Dogtopia that customer service is their number one priority! Staff responded immediately to my request for information. They provided detailed information so that I felt safe, leaving Gordie my little Frenchie in their care. Gordie is having a great time making friends. I highly recommend Fairfax City Dogtopia and their great team!

Everyone is very friendly and sweet with my shy dog. I never worry about her when she is there. Their groomer does a great job also.

I do like the socialization she is getting. She seems happy to get there. She is usually very tired that evening and the next day lol.
Cosette appears to love arriving at Dogtopia when headed to the door to gather with the pups! She never looks back!

Our dogs both love going to Dogtopia as they love the staff. Just hoping that they will continue to do more activities with the dogs in future. For example, taking a few at a time into the empty room next door to do agility activities etc.

Although the dog to human ratio meets legal standards, I find the numbers to be too high. I have 2 friends who have both had their dogs injured at Dogtopia. Although minor injuries and neither sets of owners were that upset, my dog has anxiety issues and I'm always debating between whether this place in the long run will benefit or traumatize him should something happen because of the limited number of staff. Dogs are constantly put into crates because you overbook which isn't the reason why I take him here. Just yesterday, within a span of an hour I watched my dog go into crate 3 times because they said they opened the door and he volunteers. There has to be a better system than just having my dog constantly get crated because of limited space and he's ok with it.
I like Bella being able to play all day rather than be put in a kennel all day! Big thanks to Riley for staying late so we could pick her up!
