The girls are super helpful. They are friendly and remember your dog by name and genuinely care for your pet while you are away. I feel relief and extremely happy that my dog is care by nice people and that are giving him the attention that he needs while there.
The front staff always welcome Molly in. Molly seems like she had a great time with the other dogs and is tired after her stay.
I feel like she’s well taken care of and I especially like the webcams so that I can see how she’s doing!

I have a very skittish dog, so I’m appreciative of the security protocols, supervision of the dogs, communication within team, and their patience. We’re newer to the Dogtopia pack but know some very happy alumni and are hopeful our boy will grow braver.
I love Dogtopia Cranberry - Luke and his staff are awesome! And Mr Tucker loves it there too. He’s got a girl friend there.
Very organized, super clean, thoughtfully designed facility. The staff are delightful and I completely trust them to take care of my three rambunctious dogs.
Most important to me is my dog loves it at DOGTOPIA. Before we get in the parking lot she is quivering with excitement. She leaves us with out a backwards glance and is happy when we pick her up. That is the very best recommendation from Miss Dolly dog.

Dogtopia of Woodbury, MN was wonderful to my geriatric dog. They took her for daycare and boarding from the age of 13-17.5. My dog loved going to Dogtopia every time! I always felt that she was loved and cared for well there. The staff is fantastic and they all love the dogs they care for. My dog recently passed away. When it’s time to get my next dog, I will absolutely return to Dogtopia!

My 2 dogs come there for 2 weeks every summer while my family goes on vacation (and rarely for day plays). We’ve had no issues in the past but this time was horrible.
I received a phone call from Dogtopia after hours that I didn’t get to. I checked the voicemail 10 minutes later and it was extremely vague and just said I needed to call back. No info on what the call was regarding. So I called right back and got the answer machine since it was after hours. Until I received a call back I was in a panic on the other side of the country. Meanwhile my sister is calling me saying Dogtopia left her a message saying ‘Ollie is okay but we need you to call us back because there was a scuffle’.
When someone called me back she told me that she wanted to take Ollie to the vet for wound flush & stiches! She told me that Ollie walked under a tall German Shepard who didn’t like that and the GS corrected Ollie…? Wtf? Stiches is not a correction. It’s a viscous dog bit. Dogs are 100% capable of correction nips and that is definitely not was this was. The entire time they tried to completely downplay the situation and I’m still furious 2 weeks later. I understand things happen but here’s my issue- my 2 dogs had to go through a series of temperament tests to go to Dogtopia. So either, that dog should have never been there if another dog walking under him caused him to attack my dog- OR my dog had already been bugging the GS and they should have been separated before it came to that. Either way, not okay and should not have happened. I don’t even watch the live cams because the employees NEVER interact with the dogs and/or barely even pay attention to what’s going on. Clearly. We pay a ton of $ for my dogs to stay there for peace of mind.
The employee took my dog to the vet, and told me don’t worry they are going to pay the vet bill.. umm yeah, I would hope, it happened under thier care. She said she wanted to take Ollie home after because he had to be sedated and I told her she had to take Charlie too, that they can’t be separated. She took them both back to Dogtopia the following morning. I had to ask what was up with the other dog, was he going to be there the next day. I was told no. The last 3 days of my trip were horrible because I had zero confidence that this wasn’t going to happen again and I was extremely upset with how much they downplayed the whole thing. When I picked both dogs up it was pretty clear that my dog got attacked. I still paid full price to have my dogs there. As far as I’m concerned his whole visit should have been comped. He’s a traumatized rescue pitty as it is, and that incident changed him. And as of now I can’t say my dogs will be going there on our next trip.

I love the whole Dogtopia team and the great care they give Ziggy for his stay overs.
Very accomodating and friendly staff. I needed my husky groomed on 8.20.26 and de shed and Elizabeth was very helpful on all our concerns. Jenny did a very good job grooming and de shedding Lily,lots of hair that came out and that's what we wanted and my Lily smells so good.
I brought Rocky today 8.24.26 and Jenny did the full groom and he smelled so good and clean.
I will refer my sister 2 doggies for grooming also.
