I like online booking and the friendly staff.
Everyone at Dogtopia is so friendly towards myself and my dog. I feel confident taking my dog here and knowing he will be taken care of! Rowen gets excited when we pull up and is beat when he gets home!

The gals that greeted us were very friendly and accommodating. It was fun to get a tour of the place and see the dogs interacting with each other. We'll definitely be back

Your services are well-organized and planned for our fur babies. Dogtopia facilitates are very clean. The webcams brings joy and comfort to the pet parents that they can see their fur babies while under Dogtopia’s care. The staff are knowledgeable and professional when interacting with the fur babies and their pet parents.

The staff and services are great at Dogtopia New Rochelle - no complaints. They go above and beyond and are really fantastic.
I only have an issue with the pricing and membership policy. The pricing has increased several times over the last couple years and now I am locked into an auto-charge subscription membership. It's inconvenient, confusing, and no longer affordable to send my dog for the enrichment she loves more than twice a week. If betting pricing was offered I would use Dogtopia more often.
So far my baby seems happy, which makes me happy. I love that everyone seems to know her name and her unique quirks. She has done other daycare/play days in the past and this is the most engaged I’ve ever seen her. The staff is friendly, helpful and responsive. I also love that the facility is clean.
Staff is super helpful and professional, the level of care for the dogs and safety is a big thing and my dog loves coming to Dogtopia.

I've provided lots of positive feedback for Dogtopia in previous surveys. Here, I'd like to voice an opportunity to better communicate. I feel like a lot of changes with Dogtopia aren't shared or consistently communicated. The app has changed options for pick up and drop off several times (blocking off lunch hours, and now blocking morning options if the request is late the day before). I'm not objecting to the changes but I don't receive communication about them either and I have to find out the hard way or call to ask. Similarly, the rule about bedding has changed but I don't find out unless I ask. More consistent communication to clients would be appreciated.
My dog is always excited to visit Dogtopia and I have peace of mind all day knowing he's happily socializing and playing in a safe environment.

I like that when I drop off my doggy the people are friendly and smiling and great me and my dog. I LOVE the groomer and I will never use anyone else as long as she is still there!
Everyone is so nice and took great care of our puppy! Our baby had the time of her life in daycare at Dogtopia - this was her first time, too!

The dogs are in groups according to size, age, energy level. My Golden was in with the high energy group, which suited him perfectly.
