My sweet Bella always has a great time at Daycare. The staff is wonderful and attentive to all her needs, and are always helpful if I have any questions that may arise.

The staff is great and you can tell they really interact with the dogs. Are good with communication, and my dogs are always eager to go in!
Price for day care a bit high based on what I have viewed on the camera. Seems to be little interaction overall with the pets. I will say, on 6/28, I did note the attendant blowing bubbles for the dogs and that was the first time on a non designated bubble day that I have noticed it and was very pleased to see.
I do watch the cameras throughout the day, except for nap time when they are not available. I did notice my dog in a kennel "timeout" one day for what seemed like an excessive amount of time and meant to ask what the guidelines are for that but forgot to. She is full of energy so I was not surprised to see her "taking a break" but it was for a long time and right before nap time so I knew she would continue to be in the kennel.
I do want to note on positive, the staff in the morning greet my dog and seem excited to see her with I appreciate.
My dog seems to have fun there. Curbside service is very nice!

-the bathing and nail trimming services help keep our stinky girl smelling fresh
-the walkable location
-the web cams in the rooms so we can check
in and see what our pup is up to
-nap time so our pup doesn’t overdo it and gets some downtime each day
The love ALL the employees have for Scarlett! She recently had an emergency vet visit and Dogtopia called back to find out if she was ok. Amazing!

What I love about Dogtopia Miramar is that, they call to check up on my fur babies days after leaving boarding. When they see any concerns they call and offer options, for example my Cooper is a picky eater and they offered to give him some salmon to mix with his kibble. The staff pays close attention to my fur babies and play with them. This is our favorite place to board our fur babies!
Robby is the best groomerever and turns a trauma time into an enjoyable one.
Such friendly staff! Loved the cleanliness and the daily schedule. We're excited to start weekly playtime.

My pup absolutely loves going to Dogtopia! She has so much fun. She gets excited before we even get there! I love that outdoor play! All the workers are so caring and friendly. I also love the video cameras so I can check in on her when she is there !!
I like that you know my dog and you seem to be happy to see him. It is important to me that the people I leave him with, I trust that they are happy to be around him. My dog can get nervous and overwhelmed and I need him to be around loving people and I feel like your staff are real dog lovers.

I highly recommend Stone Oak Dogtopia. The management and employees here are fantastic. My dogs absolutely love it here. They regularly have enriching events (painting, kiddie pool, bubbles, etc), that my dogs love. They also have various special treats days. My dogs sprint from my car to get there, to greet the employees and hang out with their friends. The facility is also great, very clean, and they have large spaces for the dogs to run around and play .
The team was so welcoming and very helpful as this was our first interaction with Dogtopia.
Our pup got his biannual haircut and he looks darling! He’s an Aussidoodle with lots of cowlicks, so it can be hard to get an even cut. But their barber did wonderfully!
Will absolutely be returning.
