We paid in full (or was told we paid in full), two days later recieved almost a 400 extra charge with no explination, called and asked for a line item reciept - did not get for three weeks, still have not recieved but was told to refund the amount to be charged more - still with no explination. Before this it was wonderful. I want to pay what I owe - but being told I did and then not being able to be shown a recipt or line-item charges feels like fraud. I am very upset
I love Dogtopia because they treat my dog like their own. He loves going for daycare and it allows me to go about my day without worrying about him because I know he's being taken care of.

The staff is very friendly and all appear to be dog lovers. Both of our girls love going to dog care and they literally have to chase one around the room when it is time to leash her so we can go home. Lol. I like having the cameras in the play areas so we can check on our girls.
You seem to love our children as much as we do;
Puddin and Pepe get so excited at the mention of Dogtopia. I know they have a great time because as soon as they get home they “crash “ for a rest.
I tell everyone I know about your wonderful facility and several have said they took their pups there.
Friendly staff, reliable, safe, and my dog enjoy it.
I loved that there were activities planned every day, and that I could tell my pup received tons of love and attention while she was there. She came home happy and exhausted so I know she had an amazing time.

Flexible schedule/day-overnight care availability. Caring staff.
We are currently not coming because the floor issue has not (as far as I know) been resolved. Until that’s fixed I would not recommend.

Dogtopia Clarksville is the BEST! The owner Matt is awesome, so caring, kind and professional. The same is true for Jackie, the facility manager, and the entire staff. This is a well run operation, and the Webcam feature fantastic where you can watch your dog interact, socialize and play with friends in a clean and controlled setting. This is the best doggy daycare I have experienced. Thank you!

Always happy to see my dog, and my dog genuinely seems to like going to Dogtopia. I love being able to check in on cameras and when I do Hazel is always happy and well cared for.

The owner, Stephanie, and the staff are people who make me comfortable with leaving my Oliver in their care. I feel that they sincerely care about my dog’s comfort and safety. Dogtopia’s live camera feed allows us pet parents to look in on our babies during their time there. I really appreciate that feature. I also like that Dogtopia is open on Sundays so I can pick up Oliver when returning from weekend trips. One more great service is that Dogtopia provides food for the boarders, which is very helpful.

I dog loves it there. As soon as we get out of the car he must smell it and rushes in. He doesn’t even say goodbye to me he is so excited to start playing.
