Very well organized, I was very confident leaving my dog for a couple of days and the main thing I liked was I can see my dog through the camera.

The staff are clearly dog lovers and that comes through with how well they interact with our furry friends.
They are great with giving updates on how well my puppy is doing, who she plays with and how the day went.
I appreciate their responsiveness and the bond they’ve formed with Millie. She is always happy to arrive at daycare, which puts me at ease and I am secure, knowing that she is getting great attention, stimulation and care.
The staff are all very nice and they know Tia and welcome her as soon as she walks in. She always seems like she has had a really fun day. I feel good about her time there.
The staff truly cares about all the dogs
the app is easy to navigate. i like the prices. i love being able to see my fur baby on the webcams. not all daycares have cameras! all of the employees are so kind!!
I love Dogtopia but I’m
Disappointed in the system since they changed the packs. Many dogs these days require grooming and many owners dislike sending them to daycare after they’ve spent hard earned money on grooming so customers should be able to pick and choose weeks they choose to send. I also dislike the strict cut off at 2 pm
For half day versus full day , If i drop my dog at 9:00 am i should have a full 6 hours from drop off time. You have moved away from customer care and taking into account working dog parents. Other then that i love Dogtopia, my dog loves going there and i have referred many of my friends with dogs .
More communication regarding dog’s progress each visit as he is adjusting to the new daycare

We have only used your location once but everyone was very friendly and nice. Even the customers who were waiting for their pets to come out were friendly and had nothing but nice things to say about your place.

I was just comparing our visit this time from the last time we had our other dog there. When we picked up our other dog several years ago, we got a report card that said how our dog did there, etc. This time we just picked them up and they forgot to give us his blanket and stuffed animal that we left there with him. There was no mention of how he did or anything I noticed on the WebCam that they had all the dogs in one place, but the little dogs were fenced in from the other dogs and it didn’t look like they had a very big area to run in. I’m not sure if our dog was able to be outside at all or not. I never saw any of the dogs on the WebCam outside.

My dog gets kennel cough once every few months because I believed dogs are not being screened and vaccinated properly.
I observed one of the canine coaches creating a dog and not a very gentle way.
There is now a fence in the middle of the play area which seems to scare and distress my dog.
The separation of The play areas sometimes leaves one side unattended I believe that there is a need for more attendants to meet the increase in the number of dogs that are in the toy box. This number has substantially increased since my dog began attending two years ago with no subsequent increase in staff
I believe playtime and one on one time which is actually interactive for the dogs is very limited. The dogs seem to appear to wander aimlessly most of the day and at times my dog appears very sad.
Unlike most premier dog daycare places, there is only one camera if the dogs are not happen to be positioned in front of the one and only camera in the room you cannot see your dog
As a pet parent, I’m not updated on changes in my dog classroom for example, the fence that was placed why it was placed, etc. Or the fact that dogs can be created when they are too hyper I did not consent to that and what I witnessed on the camera today was concerning
My dog now seems very frightened of things that never used to frighten him, which led me to want to watch the cameras more intently.
There’s no daily report card to tell you if your dog ate, had a snack, went to the restroom, did the activity, etc., etc.
Overall, I’m not very happy with my recent experiences. If I should happen to find a more suitable Daycare, I’ll be switching him.
I must say that not everything is negative. The staff seems to love and care for my dog, which I appreciate, but he is my responsibility first and foremost I know other pet parents that have removed their dog from Dogtopia and will be looking into the places that they have decided to call their Daycare home simply because of the above mentioned absolutely nothing to do with the wonderful and dedicated staff with the exception of the canine coach I witnessed today
Good care given to my puppy.
The very friendly staff (especially Alex, the manager), car side service, webcam access and cleanliness of the facility. Our experience with having our dog groomed here for the first time was positive as well. We are very satisfied with the daycare too and would recommend Dogtopia Anaheim Hills location, to anyone who asks us.
