Friendly, clean
The staff is friendly and welcoming. They made her room assignment with care and consideration for her. I feel good knowing she is in the hands of people who care.

The staff at Dogtopia interact with my pup thoughtfully and respectfully. She's shy and they were willing to give her a chance and work with her patiently when a competitor just wasn't interested. I have been both impressed with their adaptability and their level of communication. Highly recommend this team to care fur your furry family members.
My mom picked up our pup and she was charged even though I pay the unlimited membership every Sunday. I called about the charge and was told the manager would call me and I have never heard back.
Communication was great, and I was happy to hear for my pets first time she had a wonderful time! Super excited to see her after her mini vacay for few days!!! Will definitely bring her back!

I loved how careful the staff were in making sure Hoku would be safe and confident enough to interact with other dogs. i also appreciated the report card from his first daycare and being able to spy on Hoku while he was in for boarding. All in all I would recommend anyone with a young dog to consider daycare or an over night stay at Dogtopia Sacramento, if only to have dog coach help in guiding them to be good dog citizens
The staff at Dogtopia are very nice and care about our dogs. The facility is extremely clean. The hours are convenient. They have a camera so your can access it from your app to check in during the day. I would highly recommend Dogtopia.

We love it here! Our dog gets so excited! They do a great job of loving on our pup but also are kind to us humans as well!
4 things that didn’t sit right w me:
1. I saw a neglected scared dog in the Toy room for hours. Nobody went near the dog. It could have been scared, not feeling well, or maybe very shy. As I’m sure you would vet for aggression during the meet and greet. I wished somebody just went to the dog and made an attempt w/ out touching them to comfort w words. Letting dog know they are a good boy or good girl goes far.
2. I can’t get passed the strong urine smell. A once or twice a month consistent deep cleaning would prevent that smell.
3. No grass or astroturf to play on, no blankets for dogs to lie on in the cages.
4. You can’t see much from cameras like where they sleep or eat. And you don’t allow tours of these places in person. It comes off as sketchy. Especially accompanied w the odor and the lackadaisical body language of “canine coaches”.
We love Dogtopia and everything about it! Very convenient to schedule, super friendly staff who love dogs, clean, professional, and fun for dogs!
Friendly and attentive staff
The staff is absolutely amazing! My dog Nino loves going to daycare and comes home tired from playing all day.
I like the hours of availability, I like how the dogs get a break in the middle of the day, I like that you offer grooming, and I LOVE how happy Bernie is to see everyone on your staff.
Everything! Staff was so nice and friendly and good with my dog. Everyone there is positive. Arrival and pick up is flexible if I’m early or late. It’s easy to book appointments. There’s overnight boarding and bathing as well. I’m so pleased with everything abt Dogtopia. I just moved in to this apartment and it was such a relief to drop my dog off to play with other dogs while I finished unpacking.

Your live video is awful. Have one that works the whole time instead I refresh multiple times a day.
Not all staff seem to be trained the same. I have a large puppy who plays rough, I watch the videos A LOT and see someone workers know how to cleverly separate the dogs without putting them in a crate. Seeing my large breed puppy sit in a crate for an hour is something Im not paying for daycare to do, he could do that at home while Im working. Other workers do a great job of it.
Front desk is exceptional, i forget her name but half blonde half dark hair is a very sweet girl, love her.
Seamless & he had a great time I can tell but he came home with an eye infection. Not sure what happen.

Everyone at Dogtopia Fishkill is so lovely and we love that they love our dog just like if he were their own! The team members are very attentive and come up with the cutest activities and photo shoots for the pups. We have piece of mind knowing our boy is being loved on when we need to board him for overnight stays and that he is living his best life whenever he is at Dogtopia!
