The pictures when printed were low quality.
Some photos are good, but not all are well focused. And TOO expensive.

I only ordered 3 5x7s each one has a finger print or smudge on the edge as if someone took them off printer prematurely and put in the envelope. I have not bought frames for the 3 pictures so unsure if a frame will cover the smudges. all three have the smudge on the left bottom side of the picture.
Some of the photos her color was off , we did not get them edited and we think if they were not as expensive we would have ordered more . It also would have been nice if you had her wear a gown that was ironed .

I think that the opportunity to buy pictures from graduation is great. Not everyone could have family there to take their pictures.

They did an amazing job considering the large volume of people they had to photograph! I appreciated having the moment captured professionally!
All but one or two of my pictures were horrible. The photographer caught me with my eyes closed in 2, my mouth in a weird twist in another, and a blob partially blocking me from view in another. Worst photography I have ever seen.
The work your team did on our granddaughter plaque is amazing. We are very happy with it. We would recommend your company everytime thanks again.
Quality & selection
I think each graduation should have at least one free photo. Like high school graduation photographers, they give the graduate one free graduation photo of them and their entire class. The downloaded version of the official graduation portrait without a background (so that the graduate can choose their background) should be given for free. If the graduate and family wants to order more then they can but it should not be assumed that they have the extra money to buy a portrait after already buying the cap and gown. Maybe future graduation ceremonies, they can have a free digital download of their graduation portrait.
