Great service
We bought a frame with picture and area to put tassel. It came with the vinyl of the year that we had to put on. If we pay that much for a custom frame please actually create the custom frame! I could've gone to Hobby Lobby bought a frame and used our Cricut to put on the rest. Very disappointed. If we could return we would!
Pictures were perfect. How long can I reorder. What is time limit
I ordered two (2) 8x10 and one (1) 5x7. I received one (1) 8x10 and one (1) 5x7. I will check on my home computer when I get home for the screenshot I took of the order. (I'm currently out of town until [estimated] 1/7/24.) Consider this an "under review" item at this time.
The pictures are great and they are delivered quickly.
The cost of the photos is absolutely ridiculous

I wish the AI detected my face in many pictures and added it to my profile. Due to this I lost some pictures before buying the products. But all the pictures were really great! I wish you guys keep the pictures for a couple of months for us to purchase since some can't afford in one go!

Prices were ridiculous - especially for digital prints. My wife found the pictures to also be poor quality and preferred to retake pictures herself.
The pictures turned out alright but I just think it's really expensive for what it is. I also would have liked smaller single options (like a standard 4x6, the 5x7 is kinda big)
There is no image of her alone. There are other things in the background.

I have not received my pictures and it’s been a month.
The photo I received had a horrible blue ring around my head from obvious green screen editing. I would think after spending sooo much money for ONE print it wouldn't be such horrible quality. I am disappointed and would like something done about it.

The convenience of selecting the photo packages was a great idea. Also, the ability to mix and match photos from various packages was a good idea.
I loved my collage pic with frame included.
I was sent a poorly colored image that looked nothing like the proof. When I emailed asking for a replacement, I got no response, and a couple weeks later another dismally colored image showed up in the mail. I reached out again and was told I would receive a digital copy. Another email was sent on December 1st saying they were able to correct the color and I should receive a replacement within 7-10 days. It's December 21st now and I haven't received a thing. All I want is a photo that actually looks like the proof.
