I emailed you on June 11th and still have not received a response back. The prints I received were poor quality. There were visible lines across my son's face on the 8x10 and the smaller sizes had lines on the side.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I was not a huge fan of the headshots. They took awhile to receive, and then the quality was subpar. I will not be able to use them. The pictures from the ceremony and alumni event were nice, but quite expensive for just digital copies.

Photos of someone else were sent to me and only 1
out of the 4 photos I ordered of myself arrived; no one has responded to my email regarding the subject. I would like someone to respond and either resend the photos or have them available for download so I access them and ensure there is not another issue. Thank you for your help.

You never sent me the link to the digital photos I purchased, and when I sent an email to customer service to ask you to follow instead, I got a link to this survey instead of a link to download my images. That's failing on every level.

What do you like about our products and services?

I love all of the photo background options, I love that multiple photos were taken. I think the online platform was user friendly.

What could we do to improve?

Not a fan of the pearlized finish on the print. It makes it look extra cheesy and not professional quality :(
