Some of the photographers took their time to get you set up to look nice for your pictures. Others? just rushed you through and the pictures did not come out as nice as they could have. Improve by taking time when it is possible.
There was supposed to be free pictures from an event prior to graduation. When I opened the email and clicked through they were not free. I wouldn't have used this company if I was given a choice, lifetouch was cheaper for my sons graduation photos and the picture quality was better.
There is no picture of my son actually receiving his diploma- that moment was what I wanted captured- lots of background pictures just not one with dean etc which is the only moment that can’t be recreated, I would like to know what happened, hopefully you have it and it just didn’t appear in my choices, please let me know if you find it thanks
