Professionalism. friendly and efficient
This photography service is garbage, and I would not recommend it to anyone even if it is a free service at the school. I paid an astronomical amount for printed copies, and a digital copy, as well as money for touching up my photos. Nothing was touched up. My shirt was made into a different color and when I complained they tried to rectify the digital photos by putting clip art onto my shirt and not even making it look professional. People with 5 minutes of photoshop experience can do better than their editing team. They can't refund digital products either so they screw you out of your money for digital pictures you won't even use. 0/10, would not recommend to ANYONE. Let alone professional photos for law students.
My graduation photos are horrible. My eyes and mouth are shut, and the only pictures that look half decent are the ones with people in the background or standing next to me. My photos leave much to be desired, for the photographs to be taken with a digital camera. Why not take 4 to 5 consecutive shots of each graduate? You are using a camera with an SD card and not film, so the number of pictures taken should be irrelevant. My pre-graduation pictures were not the best, and I felt they were rushed. You are asking a premium price for the pictures but are neither providing a premium service nor results.

Picture quality does not match price point. Be more reasonable if the digital downloads are gonna come out pixelated.
The package I chose was for three poses. One of the poses was the free headshot I took on Friday night. It’s not free if you have to pay for it! WGU is a top-notch organization. To use this bait and switch for photos it’s just beneath you.
I made an order and had the option of choosing what to put on the lines of a plaque. It would be nice if there was some way for the website to show what it would look like so I know how the words were arranged and see if it looks good before having to order it and see the product days later to see that it could’ve been done better.

Packaging needs improvement. I had to request replacements because it was raining and there was nothing to protect the pictures. They should be shipped in a plastic sleeve within the cardboard envelope. Overall, the picture quality was great and the customer service was fast and efficient. Thank you!
Please stop sending so many emails! I understand that you are trying to market these images, but I should not need to have to unsubscribe or create a filter to automatically delete all these emails.

It's not that you did anything wrong. I paid extra for the pearlized finish and I am not happy with the way it looks. It's got an oily looking finish. I should have selected matte.

Printed photos I received have scanner / printer lines in it. Most obvious on the highly contrasted areas, like my black blazer

A lot of great options were given at a reasonable price. I even contacted them about questions and they replied quickly. Definitely would order my graduation pics from them!!
