Bought the handshake pic bc it was only one but my grad was half cut off (it was way too zoomed in). If was better, would have gotten the file. Didn’t buy the tassel pic bc the tassel was in his face (wish it had been decent pic!)
Was glad to have the one, though! Delivery was fast and packaging was good.

Where is the electronic file of my daughter's graduation picture?
The photos are way over priced. Why take advantage of college students who you know would want to share this special occasion with friends and family?
Great quality, timely arrival after ordering.
Good photos but way overpriced.
The photos were shipped in a flimsy envelope usps. They photos were therefore all bent and warped when received. I did call the Grad Team and left a message which a return call was never made. After spending $290 on a photo package, you would think the packaging and shipping would be a top priority.
I made the photos work by setting them under a heavy book for a couple of days. I would not recommend the Grad Team and suggest DU find another company.
It was hard to see how good the pictures were and nothing to do with you but with all the money I’ve paid them I would think we could get one picture for free

The plaque is good quality and beautiful! The customer service team is easy to reach with questions and very helpful. My pictures came in quickly and look great!

The photo is really blurry. So a focused picture would be nice. It's not too bad if you are farther away from it!
I paid for one photo to be touched up. There was zero visible difference from the second photo. Wasted $10 for literally nothing.

Team didn’t notice/fix wardrobe issues despite having multiple people working by the green screen. Facial recognition didn’t find me in group photos, had to find via my friends tagged in them
