One of the photos I ordered was blurry when I received the print. It did not appear blurry when looking at it online before purchasing.
I contacted customer service by email and reported the words “class of 2022” that I added to the picture in red text (since it would not fit under the university name) was not positioned correctly in the bottom left of picture- but rather it was floating sideways up the sleeve of her garment. The frame had a noticeable scuff too. The email I got back just blew me off with a “thats to bad but not my problem attitude!”
My daughter’s college graduation pictures weee absolutely gorgeous.

The pictures look nice. The service was amazing. I like the way the company is digital, send out friendly reminders, and mail the pictures out fast.

I like that your services were provided by IWCC so I was able to sit and beam with pride as my daughter graduated instead of hustling to catch a picture of her. :o)
High quality photos and a good selection of pictures and backgrounds
The glare from the glasses, on First name removed Chowdhury's proofs were not apparent to me so we did not order the retouch. I think it was a big mistake, on your part, to assume that amateurs would realize how offensive that would be, especially in a enlarged photo.
