My pictures arrived bent. The envelope they came in was very flimsy and the mail person folder them in half so they could fit in the mailbox. Now, I have horrible pictures because the proper envelope was not used!!
Also, way too many emails sent out to encourage you to purchase. All those, emails are not necessary!
The packaging was terrible. The 9x10 was folded, damaged. I have tried to straighten but it still looks bad in the frame. Send another between two pieces of cardboard?
My experience has been positive and seamless.
They got both portrait and candid shots that were relevant, clean clear and crisp.
More for your money
Everything was pretty simple to find and to pick the picture i wanted. Thanks!!
The photos were blurry and one of the photos had someone else as the focal point. It was not clear in the tiny thumbnail with huge watermarks how bad the images were… completely useless. My friends took better photos with their phones. A complete waste of money.

I ordered a mahogany framed picture I haven’t received from almost a month ago.. No way to track whatsoever and don’t receive a confirmation email..

A package for several individual pictures, not just alla carte. Pricing seems a bit high. If possible, combine both days on one email.
The pictures were professionally taken and printed. I was immensely pleased with the quality of the photographs. Thank you for helping to preserve our memories of a happy day for our family!
The prints are quality and delivered quickly.
The pictures I received were nice, and then speed to process them was spot on. However, the quality of the photos is lacking. There are color variantions in the luster paper photos I received.
Additionally, I was quite disappointed after paying so much for these photos that a digital photo was not included.
Photos were too expensive. The photo we ordered arrived and was blurry. Didn’t appear blurry in the smaller proof. Not worth the money! Could not afford the senior pics either. Ridiculous prices!!
Simple
Received my pictures with extremely dark background to where I could only see my grad’s face and teeth. I also received my photos damaged from shipping. Sent email and did get a reply. I was given reprints of the dark pictures and somewhat lighter. Still very dark. My other damaged photos were not replaced. It’s a bit frustrating and disappointing when I spent so much money, nearly $200.
My editing looked really bad and basically just made me look white, vs cleaned up.
