I loved the graduation pictures I ordered! However, by the time they got to me, they were damaged. What a bummer! The way the pictures were taken during graduation was an awesome idea. It was quite an efficient process and we were impressed. I'm guessing the damaged pictures have more to do with my post office. I do plan to call and see about reordering.

I don't think I ever received my photos and no one emailed me after I asked about the photos. I would gladly change the score if I ultimately received them.

its just the time to be honest. some requests or email takes time even though we understand the process take some time. but it would be good if we receive a reply that says email has been received.

Honestly, I ordered a picture and the picture was as is and no further touch ups which I guess I assumed that would be the case with a photographer. You could see the finger prints on my diploma in the picture and picture was grainy and made it look like it was just blown up.

The picture I purchased is grainy. It’s super disappointing that the quality is not great and the framing was also off for a professional picture. I have been looking forward to getting the picture of my son receiving his diploma for 4 years. I still purchased it because it was the only option. There was another picture that I would have considered purchasing if another student wasn’t in front of my child taking up just as much of the picture.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The prints I received were to dark to make out everyone’s faces. Communication with your company is next to impossible! You are non responsive. I submitted my concerns and never heard back from your company! To this day I have not gotten a response to my complaint!
We are stuck with pictures that are not worth displaying. We can’t send family members pictures to remember that day because you can barely see their faces!
The experience with your company ruin the excitement of remembering the celebration of my child!

About four weeks ago I sent an email to Grad Team support letting them know that one of the photos that I selected was completely out of focus, so I asked if I could choose a replacement photo. I received a reply back that the staff was reviewing my request and would get back to me soon. I have heard nothing. Horrible “support”.

The pictures were very poor quality for the price. Background faces were not blurred out and it made the picture look more like a candied picture, not a professionally done picture. For the price I expected better.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The user experience for shopping the images was clunky. I'd recommend rethinking how the shopper views images and navigates back to the main menu. I thought I was making progress with my shopping cart but because of the navigation I had to start over.

Also I was also disappointed with my final image. The shopper options asked if I'd like to personalize my photo with my son's name and other information so I filled that out. I saw it on the proof but when I went to have it printed as a 8x10 or 5x7 the customized info was deleted or cut off. I would've thought the main image would have been adjusted for that extra space of customized information in the final image but it wasn't.

In the posed closeup picture with her diploma, the diploma is cut off. In addition, all the pictures have a yellow tint to them. Finally, the draping pictures are too far away with other people in the background. Her pictures a year ago for her bachelor's degree were way better. Very disappointed, and this was her Master's Degree.
