It was easy to purchase the photos. They reached out very soon after the graduation before you lose interest, and after your purchase, the pics arrived soon after. The time frame was appropriate. The pics were correct and I live my pics. Thank you.
A photographer snapped a picture of my sister and I (prior to the graduation ceremony), but we were not given the option to edit the picture to remove other people from the photo. This was our only professional photo together.
Easy online access and ordering process
You didn't get a picture of me getting the hood placed or having the hood already on. That is a once-in-a-lifetime event that was not captured
Nothing. It's too late now. You can't retake the horrible pictures you took
The pictures were wet when delivered, and the edges were curled up. I emailed and never got a response. I would like to new photos, cause the ones I have are all ruined

Taking the picture that really matters, the graduate team did not point me in the right direction. I wanted to receive the picture when I received my diploma, but I was looking a different direction and not directly into the right camera. Eventually, the camera person started showing other awardees the right camera to look in. This is a moment I will never receive again.
Pretty much all the photos were bad and with odd facial expressions so I couldn’t even pick 3 photos for $100. There was one good one and I had to pay $60… for ONE photo. Would you pay $60 for one picture? That’s insane! So yes, disappointed in the quality and the price.
Edstablish quality control to view orders before they are mailed out.
I received my photos with the name of the school cropped out on each side.
That would be helpful in preventing that from happening

My pictures were horrible. I didn't want to purchase any. Might need AI to make them look better. I have no idea who i took pictures with. It's a lady. Im not smiling. The diploma is crooked and held weird. The backgrounds looked awkward. It's the same crooked diploma no smiling but in front of different backgrounds. It was poorly done. I probably won't post any because of that reason alone. And, I took time to go through the images but selected for me and found my family in one. I would have missed it if I had trusted your process.
