The prices for the pictures are really high
The picture I purchased is grainy. It’s super disappointing that the quality is not great and the framing was also off for a professional picture. I have been looking forward to getting the picture of my son receiving his diploma for 4 years. I still purchased it because it was the only option. There was another picture that I would have considered purchasing if another student wasn’t in front of my child taking up just as much of the picture.
The prints I received were to dark to make out everyone’s faces. Communication with your company is next to impossible! You are non responsive. I submitted my concerns and never heard back from your company! To this day I have not gotten a response to my complaint!
We are stuck with pictures that are not worth displaying. We can’t send family members pictures to remember that day because you can barely see their faces!
The experience with your company ruin the excitement of remembering the celebration of my child!
About four weeks ago I sent an email to Grad Team support letting them know that one of the photos that I selected was completely out of focus, so I asked if I could choose a replacement photo. I received a reply back that the staff was reviewing my request and would get back to me soon. I have heard nothing. Horrible “support”.
The pictures were very poor quality for the price. Background faces were not blurred out and it made the picture look more like a candied picture, not a professionally done picture. For the price I expected better.

The user experience for shopping the images was clunky. I'd recommend rethinking how the shopper views images and navigates back to the main menu. I thought I was making progress with my shopping cart but because of the navigation I had to start over.
Also I was also disappointed with my final image. The shopper options asked if I'd like to personalize my photo with my son's name and other information so I filled that out. I saw it on the proof but when I went to have it printed as a 8x10 or 5x7 the customized info was deleted or cut off. I would've thought the main image would have been adjusted for that extra space of customized information in the final image but it wasn't.
The prices were not so high and they packages had more than enough
In the posed closeup picture with her diploma, the diploma is cut off. In addition, all the pictures have a yellow tint to them. Finally, the draping pictures are too far away with other people in the background. Her pictures a year ago for her bachelor's degree were way better. Very disappointed, and this was her Master's Degree.

My child graduated from Winthrop University in 2022 and I never ordered the professional photos from graduation. I did not know that was an option - I never even thought about it! Her brother graduated this past May (2026) from another school and I noticed the pro photos being taken at his graduation and found out how to order them. When I ordered his pics, I did a little digging online and found the links to my daughter's 2022 ceremony. I was so happy to be able to order her pics at this late date!! I was able to give the grandparents prints of both kids' graduation photos! Thank you : )
The photo of our family that was taken in the lobby after graduation was never found! I had been relying on having that photo.

There was a picture that was not listed as a choice for Nicholas Johnson-Gray. Make sure the pictures are actually of the Graduate.

I ordered a 5 x 7 and an 8 x 10 and they were to come in the folders. The only thing I received were the folders I do not have any pictures. However, the outside of the envelope says photos enclosed do not bend. I did not receive my photos so please please get those mail to me ASAP.
More real shots in the package would have been more attractive.

Better quality mailing envelope so the photos are not wrinkled.
Website was very user friendly for the ordering / payment process and the pictures were high quality. Shipping was very fast!
The background on the pictures are black and it does not look good. Leave it as original or some light color. If you can redo please, I would really appreciate.

I received the wrong picture. We ordered the frame that holds the tassel, but the picture is not correct.
