iam still waiting on my pitchers.
I didn't have a chance to smile in my picture. I had no clue she had taken it and then the price for digital and retouching was beyond ridiculous. $130 for 3 pictures that don't look like they have had anything done to retouch them. The only thing to make it right would be a refund of 1/2 of what I paid. That's what would be fair.
The process was easy and the delivery was prompt. Could not have asked for a better experience!

My images came out bent and I was disappointed because these were expensive. There's cracks in the photo which is unfortunate. But the photos would look great without all the circumstances.
The photos I received were cropped badly - the schools emblems are cut off and there was a ton of background showing above her head. It look s very odd in the frame. The photo should be cropped more at the top and less at the bottom. I called and spoke with a representative named Pesha and she said she understood and would take care of it. I have not seen anything. I asked the 8x10 and 2 5x7s be reprinted. This is a doctoral photo and very important to all of us.
The picture looked washed out or like too much lightening and didn't look real. It would have been better if the picture wasn't so poorly touched up.
I received a very nice picture that I had ordered, and it came quickly and in good condition.
The price for the pictures are a bit expensive

They were ok.
I have tried to contact the Grad Team and have not gotten a response back. I ordered prints and a digital both were supposed to be touched-up and they were not. I'd like to get reimbursed for the touch-up.
The pictures were great. I appreciate the Grad Team for doing them. I'm now trying to locate photo cards to mail photos to family and friends.

Photo packages and prices. It's great to have the opportunity to purchase quality photos and products, not a great thing to not be able to afford them.

I did not find the website to be user friendly. I was unsure if I was adding poses to my order or not. Also, I believe I was to have one digital pose as part of my package, and I never got that. I know I put it in my cart as part of the order. I’m very disappointed about it. I also hated the scrolling proof notation. I understand it is a protection, but the scrolling was so fast it was very disorienting.
Online ordering was extremely difficult and time consuming. Customer service represensatives initially unresponsive to several messages, then discourteous and unhelpful once contacted. Very satisfied with product and good value.
