Pictures were very good quality

I ordered 2 photos and one of them was printed with unusably low color quality. I emailed asking for a replacement and nobody ever got back to me.

The pictures was horrible and did not look anything like the proofs. So disappointed.

Great photos! Also fast delivery time and they also send out emails so you can order again many months after actual graduation

There was an order deadline of 10/15 so on 10/15 I ordered the couple pictures I could afford knowing I wanted more. Could have had all of them I wanted for just a bit more, or waiting a bit longer. Come to find out the deadline was idk fake made up imaginary and I could have waited an bought what I wanted at a good price.

Taking pictures that I had to search for at the alumni event. On graduation day the pictures were sparse. The photographer should take several fast pictures so they will get at least one. Sometimes it pays not to try to wait for the perfect photo just start clicking!

No contact after first order was received damaged.

Didn’t receive my magnet that was ordered.

At least in my case, some of the photos could have been better, prices could have been slightly lower, and more clarity about the options available to me ahead of time (graduation) would have helped plan better.

I did not receive the plaque I ordered.

8x10 & 5x7 prints arrived bent with a crease. Magnets took 8 weeks for delivery and were very poor quality! Very disappointed with my order! I’m shocked that a University would pick a photographer with poor quality shipping envelopes for prints and that offer a poor quality magnet.

Numerous options of sizes but no option that is just a bundle of 3-4 different pictures at one size. Each had to be ordered individually. That got annoying real fast.

The product quality is good

I was unable to select a picture from my phone to upload for facial recognition. i asked 3 differetn staff amembers for assistance and they all said it was because of poor wifi in the building, but the issue was that I was unable to SELECT a pic to upload. I did not attempt to upload which could have been affected by wifi performance, but the app was simply not working, and the same is true for all of the android users seated near me.

As a result, I had to scan through hundreds of pages of pictures looking for mine.

They look great! I appreciate the option to purchase a digital copy as well. Love them!

Easy ordering. Fast service. Quality products.

My pictures came in bent. For the money that was spent on these pictures I would have thought like all other pictures I received via mail it would have come in a hard envelope and not a regular one. As well as the packaging prices were outrageous with little to chose from. I have ordered from other places and had way more to choose from. Meaning that more pictures in a package.

I still have not received the jpeg of a retouched graduate photo that I ordered and paid for. They did not responded to my initial emails, so I called. They said my email address may be the reason, so I provided another email address. I’m still waiting for my jpeg, and graduation is fast approaching.
