The pictures looked like they were taken in a hurry, in which they were and the quality is very poor for the price that is charged.
I would never recommend. I was never shown my pictures that were taken in the Armory until it was time to pay for them. My gown wasn’t properly fixed, my cap was crooked and there was no mirror to even look and fix myself prior to taking my pics.
None of the staff helped to fixed us seeing that we had no mirror to look at ourselves.

I have not yet received the digital download for the photo I purchased. It has been over 2 weeks. My card has been charged and I have tried to contact your company through email.

Very costly.
There was no flash on my pictures, so they came out very dark. We are in unable to see the university seal on my diploma case which is disappointing. I flew out to Indiana from California and was excited about having professional pictures to remember this life-changing event which I’ll never get back.

I like the quality of pictures and plaques.
The quality of the picture I paid $20 is awful. It is blurry and very dark and doesn't look like a professional took it. This was one of the most important days of my life and all I have to show is a dark and blurry picture.
My pictures were not retouched as requested and paid. This is very disappointing to have spent $275 for something and not be satisfied. The worst of all I emailed customer service about my order they didn’t reply back to my email
