I feel you should have taken multiple pictures.That maybe an LSU issue though. I also feel that you should describe in detail on your website what a pearl finish looks like. It has an iridescent look is not attractive to me therefore I’m not satisfied with the photo. I’m hoping I can print copies from my download photos without the pearl when I receive the download access.
I did not receive two items that I ordered. When I contacted the team, they told me to just wait awhile longer. After 2 months, I contacted them again and I never received a reply. Very disappointed that my money was wasted.
The picture was not high quality or high resolution.

Photo clarity poor
Christ Almighty, $60 for one of the electronic prints is a bit hefty. I know the school is good at charging fees, but then utilizing a private company that charges heavily indebted medical students $180 for 3 electronic prints is rather salty in that wound. I’d rather we hired out the camera and took pictures ourselves.
Your prices are ridiculous especially when their are people directly standing behind our students in the way of their photos. For the download your prices are ridiculous when I’m the one having to do my own printing. Would never ever recommend you all! You don’t even have the graduates fix their hair when it’s out of place and you want the amount you’re asking for photos!
You charge WAY TOO MUCH for DIGITAL copies of photos. I also don't like the fact that companies like yours are allowed to be at the stage and take these photos but parents are not. It FORCES parents and family to pay through the nose to get photos of their students at this proud moment.
It was quick and reasonably priced.

Picture too expensive, nothing creative about them
My 5x7s arrived bent. From what I can tell, the envelope was not strong enough to prevent the pictures taking on the shape of the mail around it despite the postman not bending the envelope.
I am not sure if the pictures can be mailed out again in a stronger mailer.
I paid extra for touch ups and this gave his face a pink hue 🙁
Fast shipping
I never received a confirmation email for the purchase of my digital photos. I then never received the photos. They have also been very hard to get ahold of to figure it all out. I am now 4 months out from the event without the my photos and without my money.
The cost for digital downloads is ridiculous. And most importantly, the proofs that I had available to me did not even focus on the graduate (me). Rather, there were all kinds of pictures that singled out the the other person instead.
You package prices are too expensive.
There were multiple options of photos to choose from and ordering was very easy. Photos arrived quickly!
