My photos were not packaged properly, so part of them were wet
Offer more digital access for all photos.
In all the pics especially the staged formal pics part of my son’s arm was cut off. Granted it was only part of his gown but I would expect from a professional photographer to look at the whole pic and be professional and not cut the arm off. As a whole the pics were ok but not as attention to detail as I would expect from the price and professional. Had they been better I may have purchased more.

Too crowded and unorganized
You have good photographers. I'm not a photogenic person, I don't like to pose for pictures. However; I am very impressed with my pictures.
The cardboard in the envelope did not protect the pictures from being bent. It was too flimsy.
The only thing to do to make it right is resend. Feel free to send me a return envelope for the old pictures.

Don't do that silly thumbs up pose
The photos were not great and expensive. Additionally, there were two gentleman working the floor taking pictures. One of them was frustrated because he couldn’t get peoples attention 6 plus rows away. He turned to the other guy and right in front of three graduates said, “I can’t get these fu$!ers to look at me.” It was very disappointing especially after seeing how much we were asked to pay.
Include a few more prints to the packages
Pictures were awful. Lighting is bad. Angle is bad. The picture doesn't even look like it was done by a professional. I've never been so disappointed. Total waste of money.
Very nice pictures
The shipping envelope was flimsy and the photos were damage en route. Also, the standard photos are not filtered, seems like that would be included in the price of professional pictures.

I understand that you need to take photos of a lot of students but making sure someone's eyes are open seems like a pretty big deal when I only have a few options to choose from.
I just didn’t like the background or the fact that it was directly in the sunlight. Whoever you guys had two years ago was way better
I find it hard to believe that I paid as much as I did and you couldn’t even cut my pictures. It doesn’t matter how great the quality of the picture is if it’s not cut right. Definitely would not waste money by ordering again.

From scanning the piece of paper, completing a profile and upload a real-time photo, to having our pictures taken, to receiving an email and ordering. The process was flawless. I actually spoke about this to my family after I left, because I was so impressed.
