Quick service. The site is easy to use. I was amazed by the quantity and quality of the photos. It was nice to have a print that captured an essential moment in my life.
The post office bent my first photo. I contacted the Grad Team, and they sent me a replacement immediately. The replacement was in excellent shape.

Great Photos, Easy Process
Over priced
Photos were good and I was contacted relatively quickly with opportunities to purchase.
Not all pictures were focused on me. Some had other people blocking me, others were just completely different people.

The quality of the photos were excellent!! Was very delighted & satisfied with my son's photos. Excellent job.
Prices were astronomically inflated. $100 for 3 digital downloads is insane. It's obvious this company is capitalizing on this monumental moment, knowing that people want to capture them. As college students, not all of us can afford these prices, but would still like to have these memories. This company would do well to be more accessible and inclusive.

My photos came in the mail with a crease in the middle of them. I would think they should be packaged better than that.
My grad nor myself were at all happy with the photos taken. Even the posed ones were awful.
Great customer service
Good variety of photos. Maybe more plain backgrounds without the flags or forest background. Just a variety of solid color backgrounds would be great.

The photo print quality was awful. Blurry, poor color, bad finish. I would like at least a partial refund as I won’t be even displaying the photos

Photo prices were high especially compared to the quality of the photos. One we ordered was out of focus but didn't look out of focus when we ordered.
