My photos were not protected in plastic and came in the mail on a rainy day in a paper envelope. Luckily I have a lift in my mailbox that keeps mail off the bottom Of the mailbox. Photos were affected by the moisture and were a little warped!

The photographer didn’t know how to pose or set up pics….they are awkward and I purchased one because I really wanted to capture the moment but my daughter really does not like them at all. Matter of fact one of the ones we purchased was because it was so bad!!!
Taking a 12MP image and compressing it to 1MB causes noticable loss of quality. In addition, the color balance of the images is off and one image was badly out of focus (which could not be seen in the online thumbnails). It was a complete ripoff of $100.

Email notice said order early for best pricing. Then after I receive my order, another email offers coupons to save. Price had not changed and I could of used coupons due to my financial situation. Also, I only have one photo from graduation even though I took several. Highly disappointed since I traveled far to get all the grad experience. Now I dont have photos to capture what I wanted.

Probably nothing! You’re dealing with a set of circumstances, and you’ve got one shot. It came out pretty well with those challenges.
The quality of the pictures were okay but the Greenscreen was very obvious and the pictures were so expensive just to download them that I was only able to get a few. I wouldnt have ordered any expect this is the only opportunity I had for a professional headshot in my white coat and I had family that wasn't able to make it. I felt preyed upon by these prices as I wasn't given a choice between photographers.
I just feel a 8x10 photo should work on any 8x10 frame. I have tried 2 frames from Amazon and one from Target and the photo is still too small. I’m not able to put my pic out there due to the photo being slightly too small
Is there a little piece attached to the back of the frame? it can’t stand on the desk.

Good quality and choices
The pictures are great! The quality is wonderful. They were able to take pictures that we in the stands watching the graduation cannot. They are able to capture precious moments of an incredibly special day in our child's life.
The picture quality is great and I did get more than 5 pictures taken but pricing each picture at $60 for digital download is a little excessive. We are college students who were just graduating and probably struggled to even pay tuition. $40 is a more reasonable price. I paid $120 for 2 digital downloads which is ridiculous. Maybe work with the school to get you guys paid for the ceremony so that the pictures can be priced at a lower cost.

Pictures look terrible and I could not order as many as I wish. As experts on this job (and better profit) you could have warned student was not wearing appropriate TOP under graduation gown.
