I love the photo selection and fast service.
Having a better flow of people to place their items while being photographed and picking them up afterwards.Also making sure everyone knows that programs should be given to everyone who wants one. My team ran out so I didn’t even have the option.

Professional and so pretty
Received the photos very quickly after the graduation, was given many options, and clear images. There were multiple images to choose from, only complaint was the cost was pretty high for a lifetime memory.

The photo we received has a large water spot on the left sleeve. This was not visible in the proof version from which we purchased. We now do not have a usable photo. I wrote over a week ago to file a complaint with no reply.
