Had I known that the product that I purchased was just prints and the plaque was just a print, I would have purchased the photo download only. Cost is a large factor as well.
The grad pictures were available early and the ordering was an easy process.
Excellent quality & speedy service at good prices.
You would sell more pictures if the digital ones were not so expensive. I would have bought all of mine and my husbands digitally if they were say $50 for all. That would have given you $100 more in revenue. I know of one other that agrees with me. So you lost out on $150 right there. Given this was such an important event, imaging 1700 grads spending a minimum of $50. I have less pictures than what I wanted simply because I could not afford it. I am going through cancer.

Unfortunately my mailman bent mine. Would recommend either a heavier envelop or cardboard insert.
They did what they were supposed to do, and they did it well. I'm sorry I don't remember her name but the photographer with the red/pink hair was great. She made me laugh which made the picture look natural. Also taught me how to stand so my double-chin doesn't show. Awesome! Yeah the pictures are expensive, but school photos have always been expensive.

Photographer took a variety of poses with several different backgrounds. And we got the proofs really fast ! Love!
I had a great experience with this company. I had a small issue with my order, and their customer support jumped right in and fixed it in no time. I would recommend their services to any grad's parents.
It was very difficult to choose the pictures because of the overlay on the picture. One of the pictures I ordered is blurry and a disappointment. I think if I was able to have a better view I would have chosen a different picture. I also feel the cost was way to much

The photos are too expensive and I placed an order weeks ago that I still not received.
I've emailed twice about how absolutely out of focus my pic is. I asked for a refund. Zero response. Whomever took your pics did a horrible job and the ZERO response I received from my complaint is also ABYSMAL.

Beautiful quality
The Last name removed Tassel frame was way overpriced. Poorly made. It also came with the wrong graduation year and no tassel. The email to customer support regarding my order was never responded to. I just don't want to ruin the moment, I'll accept the order as is with no fight. The mistake of a wrong year will be something we will laugh about in the future. But the purchase was not worth the money I spent for sure. Pretty disappointed.
