Need to let students know when pictures are going to be taken. Provide cheaper price.
Ordered pictures and they came within a short time
They were very responsive and helpful pre-graduation as well as day of.
The magnet quality that the photos were printed on was poor. They don’t stick to my fridge properly and keep falling off.
Thicker cardboard to secure the images in the mail but other than that, awesome

Easy to make an appointment at a convenient campus location. Quality photos. Friendly photographer. Some areas for improvement. Photographer should assist with overall look (collar was off). Also, check the mail carrier used. My photos were delivered in a paper envelope and left out on the front step in the rain. Photos were warped due to moisture. Not acceptable.
Waited long enough for their response before I made this review. I added a retouch on my photo orders and instead of just doing retouch, they also manipulated the color grading, saturation, contrast, brightness, etc. of the photo. This isn't what I paid extra for.
I asked for the original non-modified copies of the photos a few times now and haven't gotten a response.

I received this and my receipt for the digital images but still have no pictures. I have called and was told it was resent. I still need my digital images that I paid for. Please assist
Your process are EXTREMELY high. I expected better quality for the amount I spent, and I’m really glad I didn’t spend more. The photos look blurry and like they were shot with an old cell phone.
Quality.
I paid to have them retouched. They were not. They were sent in a flimsy envelope and the pictures came damaged. I have been busy so I have not had time to find a way to get in contact with the company.
Too expensive. No other way to get smaller packages custom
Everything. The event food, photos, entertainment, the venue , the fireworks ! Everything was over the top. !

Many of the proofs that I was sent were photos of someone else. The process was smooth and I’m happy with my pictures, but I do hope that my own photos weren’t shared with anyone else.
I never received my picture that I spent $60 on.
Great photo options. However, the grad Master's hood needs to be updated to match the University's change from MHL to MHA. I ended up ordering two... at my cost.
Mail photos in a better way. Mail them in a box or heavier / thicker envelope . Some of the photos were damaged because the envelope got wet or something and was torn some

I wish there were packages that you can pick multiple poses for each picture size as opposed to picking the same pose for 2 8X10 snd same pose for 2 5x7and maybe get all the proofs . Aldo there was not clear instructions for editing and ordering

You advertised it like it was a free photo session for grads. Despite that, the photos felt a little cheesy with the green screen.
