I did not like the retouch on my photos. Poorly done and I’m not sure I will use them. Very disappointed

Some of my close up poses had the words Kingdom School of Ministry cut off in them. To improve that, The words should have been eliminated all together.
It was nice to have the digital image free download. It would have been nice if you provided a free hard copy.
Maybe some parents buy their kids photos . But there are some people who go through a lot to get that degree already financially in a very place , Alone , no hand ! But of course wants their graduation photos which they have sacrificed a lot ! 1pic is 60$ , 3 pics for 100$ , prices are so expensive and not fair

The picture frame for the portrait was very cheap. I ordered one framed piece to see the quality of the product before ordering other items. The frame changed my mind. Important photos should not be housed in mediocre frames.

The photo quality was really poor and the tassel plaque was also of really poor quality. It’s a cheap material used for the frame then there’s not even glass in the front. Just a real soft plastic that’s super easy to scratch.
The service was great but the pictures on the magnet look crazy. My daughters eye are all black with no white showing. She won't even send them out.

These pictures were not as clear/in focus as our son’s undergraduate pictures, and it is very noticeable when displayed together. If possible, we would love to reorder something else. I know it is past the deadline.

The finish on my pictures was not the same throughout my order. Compared to viewing them online, my actually photos look blurry when I received them.
The prices are very steep, but I presume that is because of inflation and other variables. I would've liked to purchase more, but as a newly graduate I purchased what I could afford. Nevertheless, the speed of shipping was excellent as I received my photos quickly. Thank you.

Received the plaque I ordered today. Was waiting patiently to receive it. My first college graduate. The gold emblem has an imperfection. Expensive and disappointed… a replacement would be nice.
